This place is great for the following reasons: 1. Patrice is a great host, it is very easy to communicate with, he cares because you are really good. Keeps the essence of the initial Airbnb concept 2. The location is very strategic, in minutes you are on the highway, close to supermarkets, restaurants, you have a bike path. Although the apartment is on an avenue that is busy during the day, at night you can sleep quietly there is a lot of silence. 3. The apartment is really warm and well isolated.
