With vaulted ceilings throughout, and the walls adorned with original artwork, the apartment is part of an artist repopulation initiative known as "The Fontecchio International Airport", launched in 2020 by American artist Todd Thomas Brown. You will find serenity, privacy, lots of greenery, roses, enchanting views, proximity to the Simbruini Mountains Regional Park, excursions, the magnificent Subiaco with its Benedictine monasteries, an introduction to the art of wood carving, the possibility of eating under a wisteria pergola, listening to good music, love and many books. There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.
