The apartment is located in Psila Alonia square. It's a cozy two-bedroom apartment on the third floor of an apartment building. The bedrooms have a balcony. The rooms offer tranquility and have old furniture with character. The bathroom has a bathtub and hot water. The kitchen is independent and has a refrigerator, kitchenette, electric peephole for Greek coffee (all new), extractor hood. It has everything necessary in dishes, glasses. If anyone needs anything more...... I will be next door to help ! WiFi free.

Villa Nia is a minute walking distance to the widest part of the beach of paralia Tolofona. Separate apartment of about 70sq.m,suitable for hosting families and hosts who need relax, with separate garden entrance and itself garden corridor to it. Private parking in front of the property , Wifi , a/c and bicycles (upon request) are provided to our guests. The property is in the ground floor of our family two flour villa with mountain view. We accept pets and we can keep them also (upon request).

Ενα ησυχο μερος για χαλαρωση. Πολυ καλη χρηση κλιματιστικων με ψυξη - θερμανση απο -15 εως 45βαθμους.το ποταμάκι έχει 8 μήνες το χρόνο νερο και δίνει μια άλλη εστιση ηρεμίας! Το κατάλυμα υπόκειται σε κρατικό φόρο ( τέλος ανθεκτικότητας) ο οποίος είναι από Απρίλιο μέχρι Οκτώβριο 15 ευρώ ανά διανυκτέρευση .λογο ότι είναι πάνω από 80τμ και τούς χειμερινούς μήνες είναι 4 ευρώ. η καταβολή του μπορεί να γίνει είτε κατά την άφιξη του επισκέπτη με μετρητά η στον τραπεζικό λογαριασμό του καταστήματος.
