The place was really good! When we arrived, it was raining heavily, but the host went out of their way to help us out of the car with umbrellas and made sure we reached the accommodation without getting wet — a very thoughtful gesture. During checkout as well, the host was very helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. The place itself is very, very clean, and the beautiful garden outside adds a special charm — it truly reminded us of the olden days. A peaceful and memorable stay!

Great place to take a break from the world. The air is so clean, there is only sounds of the waves of the nearby Kudle beach. A small stream passes in front of the house. little birds in the morning and crickets is the night just makes the place perfect. I haven't seen fireflies in ages and this place has so many. Felt amazing connecting back with nature. As for Seeta's place, it's really sweet. Every available amenities have been kept thoughtfully shows how dedicated she is to her guests. She also gave us instructions beforehand so we were prepared for the stay. Would love to come back here. Highly recommended of you would like to reconnect with nature once a while.

We had a wonderful stay at Beachway Homestay! Manjunath was an absolute gem – super helpful and always just a call away. He guided us over the phone to the location and gave us great suggestions for nearby beaches, restaurants and things to do. He even arranged a two wheeler for us at a very reasonable price, which made getting around super easy. What really stood out was his thoughtfulness – we had accidentally left our hats on top of the almirah while checking out, and Manjunath not only found them but personally came all the way to Mahabali Temple to return them to us. That kind of care and attention really made our experience special. Highly recommend this place – warm hospitality, great service and a personal touch that’s hard to find.

Aftab and his father take care of the property along with their team. Nadiem was the best, we were stuck on the NH at around 9.30 and had to wait for more than an hour, he coordinated with our driver picked him up and helped him get diesel. Their place is around 1 hr drive from Gokarna, it is a very peaceful and neatly maintained property , secure with high rise walls . They have kept all necessary items for making coffee and some groceries, though we did not use them. Clean sheets and towels with toiletries were kept. One bedroom had A/c.
