Perfect city centre destination with amazing balcony!

The accommodation was very bright, clean and equipped with great air conditioning, so perfect for the summer.☀️ Francesco is a great host. He picked us up from the airport and took us there and he drove us around the area for a whole day, we were on fantastic beaches and we had a good time with one or the other ice cream.😊 We didn't turn down the offer to go kiting with him, and it was a great experience.🌊 Overall, we liked it very much and we can only recommend the accommodation. We will be happy to come back.🤗

Host immediately responsive and very kind, he gave us check-in at our request. We were welcomed by his aunt, a discreet and kind person and always available during our stay. House complete with everything and more (books, children's games, umbrellas), very clean, cool despite the absence of air conditioning and fans and despite the 40th and goes outside. Free parking and always present along the way. Unique... Sambiase, a neighborhood that we found very closed towards visitors and neglected, practically the opposite of Andrea and his family, too bad! But the stay is still worth it, so I can stop here.

What a treat it was staying in Francesco’s place in this beautiful town. We arrived earlier than the check in time of 5pm but Francesco still allowed us access and to leave our luggage while the cleaning was finishing up. We cook a lot so was happy to be able to use an equipped kitchen. We were also able to do some laundry and the internet allowed us to work as well. Great location. Walking distance to a Conad supermarket and a bunch of local Gelaterias and cafes. We particularly loved the Pasta Fresca available a block away! Francesco gave great recommendations for beaches and we were happy to meet up twice with him for coffee and a quick chat. Thank you!
