We had a very pleasant stay at Anastasia’s place. The apartment was just as described – clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What stood out the most was the smooth and clear communication with Anastasia. She responded quickly to our questions and was very helpful throughout the process. A big plus was that she arranged for us to check in earlier than the usual time – something we really appreciated. We can definitely recommend the place and would be happy to come back!

Comfortably furnished, friendly host, ideal location!

Very comfortable flat and I appreciated the elevator as I had several bags. The kitchen is very well equipped. The washing machine was very handy to do a load of laundry and there was a drying rack for the small balcony. The ceiling fan kept the bedroom cool for sleeping. Overall a great value. Evita was very welcoming and helpful for check in. The area has a lot of graffiti and some artistic murals. I felt very safe there and found a couple of good restaurants.

We had a wonderful time in Athens at Matias place. The apartment is small yet has everything you need for a few days in Athens. The terrace is stunning and we especially liked the neighborhood, which is not frequented by many tourists and allowed us to dive in with the locals. Public transport is however close and takes you super fast to the city center. The host welcomed us personally (which we loved a lot, since we are used to anonymous check ins already) and left us with many great recommendations. And if you are worried you might fall out of the loft bed, don’t be! We slept super well 😍

Maris is lovely and the place is exactly as advertised, with a large, lovely balcony.

Yiorgos placce was just what we needed, we walked to town and sometimes took the bus that was really easy to do it, the area is nice an so easy to get in...100% recommended

The apartment was well equipped and perfect for a group to feel at home together. The location is great and allows you to get quickly to the center, passing by many local hot spots! Claus was very helpful and provided all needed informations ahead arrival and departure.

An amazing and beautiful apartment — my wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was perfect, and Anastasia was such a kind and accommodating host. She even let us stay a bit longer, which we truly appreciated. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

The host was incredibly attentive and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and ensuring all our needs were met. The apartment's location is perfect - situated in the heart of Athens, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The Acropolis and other major tourist attractions were within easy walking distance, and we were surrounded by a diverse selection of restaurants and cafes. What makes this apartment truly unique is that it doubles as a contemporary art gallery. The space is thoughtfully curated with artistic pieces, creating an inspiring atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the collection of musical instruments, which added a special charm to our stay. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Athens. We're already planning to book this exceptional place for our next trip to the city.

We loved the apartment, very well located and connected to different means of transportation, super spacious and impeccable, and Erik was super friendly and greeted us earlier than expected and gave us all the necessary information for our days in Athens, very attentive. Super recommended!

This was the perfect apartment for out stay. The apartment itself was spacious and clean with an amazing wrap around balcony. We loved the traditional elements of the apartment but it had all the modern conveniences we needed too. Panos met us when we checked in and was super helpful and friendly with local recommendations. We love the area so much, it didn’t feel hectic and yet was walking distance (through the national gardens) to the centre. All the gorgeous bars, restaurants and coffee shops you could wish for. Perfect mix of both traditional and cool. This apartment and area is Air BnB at its best! We will be back :))

We were traveling with a friend and we both agreed that we would definitely return to this place. We cannot thank Manos, Evangelina's husband, enough for his kindness and generosity. He was always attentive to our needs and willing to help. Super friendly, always responded quickly, sent us information, and waited for us to meet us even though we arrived very late. The apartment is super well located, close to all attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. In addition, the apartment had everything you could need and more! Different types of coffee and teas, sugar, oil, etc., and even lots of bottles of water in the fridge, Greek wine and chocolate!!! In the bathroom, there was an assortment of shampoos, creams, deodorants, etc., etc., impossible to list everything. It also had a washing machine and soap so we could wash our clothes. We really felt at home and were more than grateful. And the price was very good. Super!
