A desk overlooks the great room that has a TV with roku for streaming. There are front & back outdoor spaces with lawn to enjoy and off street parking.

The Mainstay

The Mainstay is a newly remodeled standalone studio guest house. It features a fully functional kitchen, a large shower with bench, a bidet, a 55" HD TV, an electric fireplace feature, and an outdoor patio and fire pit. Enjoy this unique stay with lush and natural surroundings while retaining modern-day conveniences.

The Granary

The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families visiting home, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry. No parties or events per AirBNB policy. **IMPORTANT: 1 queen size bed on the first floor The other beds are open lofts visible to each other and accessible by very STEEP stairs.

The Grady House

Located right across the street from Ohio Northern University’s campus and steps from downtown, this home was one of the first places ONU Founder, Henry Solomon Lehr lived when he ventured to Ada, Ohio. His granddaughter lived there carrying on the Lehr-Kennedy legacy. Sugar Creek Cabin

Nestled within a ten-acre wooded property, Sugar Creek Cabin offers a peaceful getaway for up to 8 guests. Take a stroll through the woods, have a few drinks by the fire pit or on the dock by the pond, or spend the evening relaxing in the hot tub while gazing at the night sky. Step inside the newly renovated rustic living space and cozy up by the crackling fire while playing board games or jamming all night to karaoke. This charming cabin in the woods offers the perfect escape.

Cozy Cottage on The Farm-No Cleaning Fee

Come relax on our farm. Your accommodations are in our tiny house. The Cottage features a full kitchen, a large shower and a view through the French doors of the pond. Relax on the patio area while you enjoy your propane fire pit as you prepare dinner on the gas grill. The cottage is about 380 square feet, so we will limit it to two guests. You’ll have a queen bed and a lay flat reclining leather couch to sleep on. The cottage also has wifi and a Smartv.

Beth's Bonus Place

Enjoy our private Bonus Place located downtown Bluffton, OH. The space is private and comfortable with a relaxing porch to enjoy the beautiful landscape outdoors with a fire pit where you can relax. Rental includes an upstairs living area/bedroom; downstairs includes fully equipped kitchen, full bath with shower, and garage space you can set-up folding tables and chairs to enjoy a meal.

Downtown Studio

Enjoy a night on the front porch or take an easy walk from Findlay's best downtown bars, restaurants and shopping! This 1 bed, 1 bath apartment is a part of a triplex. The HVAC system has a charcoal filter with UV light purification to help deactivate airborne pathogens and microorganisms. Management is just next door or a call away if you need anything else!
