Runamuk Farm

Picturesque location on farmland with views of the mountains. We are a micro farm. Wake up and watch the sunrise and go for a short hike on the property, and get to know the animals. We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of our camp.

Tucked in the woods on our working sheep farm, our off-grid tiny house is the perfect escape and stepping stone into the Adirondack mountains for hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing. Enjoy the coziness of the Crook between forays into our north country wilderness! What you will find: adventure, peace, quiet, woodstove, candles, down blanket, fire pit, privacy, composting outhouse, firewood for sale. **Please note there is NO electricity and NO running water. Enjoy 120-acres of beautiful farmland while you stay in your very own Hobbit house! Nestled in the hills of Hudson Valley, June Farms is a gorgeous animal sanctuary. JUNIPER HILL a-frame

Juniper Hill A-frame is a newly renovated 1968 Adirondack A-frame that is loaded with character and charm. This tiny 700 square foot space is cozy and located with direct views of Whiteface Mountain. Two bedrooms/one bathroom situated on a large parcel of land complete with Christmas tree farm, fire pit, and large front deck. You won’t want to leave, but if you do, the A-frame is within walking, biking or driving distance to just about everything.

Blooming Studio

Brought to life again, our studio was build in late 1800's. Labor of love, as we tried to preserve all the original features of this house. 2 bedrooms, can sleep 2 guests comfortably. 1 bathroom, small kitchen, with propane stove, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. In a small, and quiet town of Bloomingdale, NY. 10 min from Saranac Lake NY, 20 min from Lake Placid, NY. Our studio is not a luxury accommodation, but more of a country farmhouse.
