Holiday rentals with a kayak in Adirondack Mountains

Our stay at the lake was truly amazing! The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for enjoying the lake. Lisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Second year staying here, highly recommend for a getaway with your spouse. It is charming and cozy. The view is amazing no matter the weather outside. The owner is super responsive and helpful. The house has everything you need to make your meals. I love that the cabinets are all labeled so you’re not playing a guessing game. I look forward to our stay next year!

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was spacious, comfortable, and homey. We were able to cook meals there, go hiking in nearby area, and enjoy some really wonderful family time together. We enjoyed spending some time in Old Forge. The cabin has everything we needed, including cooking supplies, local info, and even games for a family game night. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in this beautiful area!

Lovely home in a lovely setting. The view is breathtaking and Barbara has outfitted the space woth everything you could possibly need. She is extremely thoughtful and personable. The area is great for hiking and outdoor activities but is also near Middlebury College and Burlington.

The Bluebird cottage was a perfect place to stay for our weekend in St Albans! The weather wasn’t the greatest, but the brief views we got across the lake were stunning. MaryBeth was very helpful and informative. Would absolutely stay at the cabin again.

We had the most amazing stay at this charming lakefront cottage in Vermont! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the peaceful setting, stunning lake views, and the cozy, well-appointed interior. The cottage was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated with rustic touches that made it feel both homey and special. We spent our days kayaking, fishing, and relaxing by the shore, and our evenings watching breathtaking sunsets and stargazing by the firepit. It truly felt like a little slice of heaven. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. This was one of the most peaceful and memorable trips we’ve had in a long time, and we’re already dreaming about coming back. Highly, highly recommend this special place to anyone looking to unwind and soak in the beauty of Vermont’s lakeside charm!

The house was a perfect base for a week of various fishing experiences in the area. The kitchen was well-stocked enough with pans, dishes, and cutlery that were able to cook pretty complicated meals most nights we were there (though if you do stay in the area, treat yourself to at least one night out at the Woodshed right in Tupper Lake).

Sarah was a great communicator. Everything went smoothly. The place is nice and the water view was outstanding!

This was our family’s 2nd stay here and it was just as amazing as the 1st. The cabin is super clean, the kitchen is packed with more than you’ll ever need to prepare meals, the back porch views are totally so worth the 10+ hour drive. We absolutely love this place. Perfect home base for a peaceful ADK getaway. Lots to do in close proximity to cottage. The place was great. Very quiet. Coffee on the deck overlooking the river was a great was to start every day, and a cold one by the fire was a great way to end each day. Would definitely stay again.

This lovely cabin was just perfect in every way! The house itself was very private, nicely furnished and was stocked with everything you need and more to enjoy every part of the property. We enjoyed the three season porch and the interior fireplace the most where we lounged for hours in between walking to and from Sacandaga Lake to the property's dedicated access area. Though it rained all weekend, we could not have found a more quiet, serene and peaceful place to spend a long holiday weekend. We look forward to returning sometime soon!

It was just the perfect weekend getaway at the perfect cabin. Everything from the peaceful surroundings, the view, the inside of the cabin, the glamping bedroom was exactly, if not better than pictured on the listing. It truly exceeded our expectations. Fabulous three night stay- kayaking, fishing, walking and enjoying camp life. Great location on a beautiful lake. Well equipped kitchen and we ate all our meals in house. Great boathouse.

Loved the lake acess and lake views from the couch and living room. The fire pit is nice to stargaze and keep the bugs away for a nice camping like experience. Was buggy due to rain so definitely bring off/bug spray or something for outside bugs. Lake was still cold but would love to come back and swim with the private water access from backyard

Camp Timberock is a rare find. We chose the cabin because of the unlimited options for paddling and hiking. Despite the cold temperatures, we took advantage of the area and spent a lot of time exploring. One of my favorite parts of Timberock would be the deck with the outdoor fireplace. We also appreciated all of the supplies in the kitchen, the extra blankets and the endless supply of wood for the fire. Hope to return next year!

We had a wonderful stay. We weren't at the cabin much during the day as we were out and about, but when we were there it was peaceful and great. We loved visits from the very friendly dogs. We also had some fun walking around the ponds and kayaking in them. The instructions to arrive at the cabin we very clearance easy to find. I would recommend this cabin!

We had a really great time here! The beachfront was great for keeping our toddler entertained, and the house is close enough to town to walk for coffee or ice cream. The house itself was clean and had everything we needed!

Luke & Joy's place was absolutely beautiful! Even better than what I expected. It was so clean and felt so homey. I loved sitting on the porch every morning with my coffee with beautiful views of the forest and ponds. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was amazing. Very easy check in and check out process as well. The tall pines sign was very helpful to know where to turn into the driveway. There's a tops and a few restaurants nearby that are easy to get to. I also recommend checking out downtown Saratoga Springs and Lake George. My friends and I had a great time! You definitely won't be disappointed with a stay here!
