Beautiful stay with incredibly kind hosts! Pool was lovely and the alpacas were so much fun to pet. Would love to return

We absolutely loved Maple Hill Farms. It's a wonderful place and a perfect choice for a trip to the Berkshires if you're an animal lover. The best part of our weekend was bonding with Philip's sweet and friendly donkeys! The studio is well laid out with everything you need, the farm is beautiful and peaceful (except for the roosters, haha!), and the location is great for visiting local sights like Mass MoCA and The Mount. We hope to be back!

We enjoyed it a lot, very modern, clean, friendly host and beautiful. Would love to stay here again. The place is central to everything. Lovely garden! I would recommend here anytime!

The place was exactly as described and was clean and welcoming upon arrival. Being a guest house the few interactions with the primary house were pleasant. James’s place is well kept and would be happy to stay there again.

Amazing stay for a weekend get away. Attentive but allowed you to do your own thing. Beautiful.

Tony & Jerilyn’s place was perfect for our stay. I had a conference in Saratoga and had to bring my 3.5month old with me. The location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to everything, but still quiet enough to not wake a sleeping baby. We were able to check in early and Tony & Jerilyn offered to provide additional accommodations for the baby. Access to the Airbnb is up a staircase that is much sturdier and much less steep than it appeared in the listing photos. My 65+ year old parents did not have too difficult of a time making trips up and down. I would highly recommend Tony & Jerilyn’s place for a quiet and convenient place to stay.

Ed & Ann are gracious hosts. They were friendly and attentive to our needs. We were enchanted by the country charm of the historic guest house they have been restoring. The location is serene and bucolic with a laughing creek just outside the kitchen window. The kitchen is well stocked to cook meals, or drive to restaurants half an hour away. Our stay was a tranquil respite from our taxing responsibilities at home.

We had a great stay at Corey’s. The area is pretty quiet and we could take our dog on nice walks. We walked into town every day as it was so close! It was also very easy to get to Tupper Lake, Lake Placid and lots of other areas. Their place had everything we needed for our stay and was a great place to relax after long days of hiking and adventures. We would definitely stay again!

We chose to spend 4 days at Peter/Cathy's to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary and it's the 1st place we've stayed that was so much better than the pictures! Trying to describe how gorgeous and peaceful this place is hard but for me I'd say if you've ever wondered what it would be like to live inside a Bob Ross painting with a cottage by a waterfall then this is the closest real life place. The constant sound of the falls is so incredible to fall alseep to. everything was ready to go and we even walked in to some home baked cookies and a bottle of champagne for our anniversary which was so amazing that they remembered why we were staying there. it was the perfect place for my wife and I to check out, relax and re connect all over again. its place is so cozy and just sucks you right into relaxation the way they have everything setup. marked trails are maintained very well but most of left natural which makes it that much better to explore the property. this place is a hidden gem!!!

This cozy cottage on a stream was as peaceful and quiet as it gets. Sophie was a terrific host who responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at Sara’s place. The space itself is very clean and is probably the most well-appointed Air BnB we’ve stayed in. Sara has definitely gone the extra mile to provide a great kitchen set up, really nice shower and bathroom and a washer/dryer in the unit. We slept great on the very comfortable king size bed and the stream located directly down the hill provides great natural white noise! The location is convenient to Keene, Keene Valley and Elizabethtown and with many trailheads within a 10 minute drive. Sara’s plot itself is a beautiful property with a cascading stream and trails she invites guests to explore, it is truly a tranquil setting we wish we could spend more time in. Sara is a generous, responsive host and all of the thoughtful amenities really made us feel welcome!

Very much enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and easy to check into. The best part was how close it is to Saratoga race track. We were in Saratoga for the Belmont Stakes and were able to walk to the track. Would definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Amanda’s place. It was quiet and private plus the hot tub was an added bonus. Amanda was very good at communicating and responding to our messages. I would definitely return if we are in Ottawa again.

What an incredible view!! It was so tranquil and relaxing that I didn’t want to leave! But when we did leave, we were only about a hundred feet from the bike trail! The trail takes you along the causeway up to South Hero (awesome wine tasting up there just be sure to check the ferry times to get across the break haha). Yesenia was kind enough to include two bicycles to enjoy the scenery. The property itself is amazing. A small studio above a detached garage so you don't have to share any walls with tenants (although Yesenia and her husband were the most gracious and friendly people you can meet!). It's spacious, clean, and has plenty of climate control options even though we slept with the windows open to enough the weather :) The beachfront property is breathtaking. They had so many options for entertainment its impossible to list. The BnB was also only a few minute drive to downtown Burlington and everything it has to offer. We will for sure be coming back!!

This space is a separate addition to a home just off Cole Ave. plenty of room for two people. VERY comfortable bed. Easy walk to campus: 5-6 minutes to Dodd, 20 min across to Williamstown Theatre stage. Highly recommend!

Victor was a great host. Very responsive to messages and told us about what there is to do around the house. House looked like the pictures and was clean. If you need anything Victor lives on the same property. Would recommend.

We had an Excellent time at Jim's place. Definitely very friendly, personable, & I would definitely go too stay again. One of the Best Places we have stayed! The Weekend Girl's, Penny, Heather & Joyce.

It's home away from home! Everything we needed was available. Dianne and John were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The layout was beautiful with lots of attention to detail. We would definitely stay again if they'd have us.

The place itself was beautiful and the outdoor area was great. Wish we were able to swim in the pond, but it was a little cold while we were there! Bristol, VT is probably the closest place to get a full dinner, but we learned most places were closed Monday and sometimes Tuesday so we had to drive a little farther to find somewhere to eat, but that's the price you pay for the remote location! The linens and beds were very comfortable.

Sharon and Dave were extremely nice and helpful with suggestions around the area. Great place to stay.

Family of five had a comfortable stay at Sarah’s place. This was a clean, peaceful, comfortable home. Loved the natural light allowed by the skylights. The little things provided made a huge difference when traveling far from home.

Before we arrived, Shari gave me her recommendations for some great places to eat and drink. She gave me clear instructions on how to get to the cabin and how to gain access. The cabin was exactly as Shari described it in her listing. It even came stocked with tons of games and puzzles, which were a perfect thing to do on a rainy day in the ADK! The cabin was so cozy that it was hard for us to leave to explore the local towns. I highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a quiet and secluded getaway!

Doris place was lovely! It was a perfect stay for us and our dog Lily. So walkable to everything and the apartment was so cozy! We will definitely be back ☺️

The house and location are beautiful the location is perfect walking distance to town. The grounds are beautiful. We will be back to enjoy the space again!
