Cute ecofriendly lodge for country life while offering great comfort for stay! Also good base to explore the tea route, gorgeous mountains, with the perks of dipping into private river just a short walk nearby.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

The hoster is kind，she cooked the delicious bread and coffee for us！The place is queit and beautiful！

I had a wonderful stay at [Host's Name]'s place. The house was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the photos on the listing. The decor was charming and everything was well-maintained, making it feel very welcoming and comfortable. The location was convenient, close to the sea, just 3 min walk, shops and markets nearby. Svetlana was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, providing clear instructions and quick answers to any questions I had. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant accommodation. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

We spent honeymoon together with my wife and our relatives so we chose Rene’s house for staying in Kobuleti. It was a such pleasure to be the guests of Rene.The house is situated in cozy and calm place almost on the Black Sea shore. It’s about 2 mins from house to the beach by walk. Clean bed linen, rooms etc. You can feel there as at home. Thank you Rene and to your father for hospitality ! Highly recommended!

Nice accommodation with a beautiful garden near Batumi. A good option if you want to reboot and relax in nature. But this is not a separate house, but the top floor of a private house, the owners live on the lower floors. There is a lot of space, 2 separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms and air conditioners. The owner of the house was very nice and welcoming, she gifted fruits from the garden and home-cooked meals. We were also greeted by a beautiful bouquet of garden flowers, fruits and sweets. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Anna's. The house is in a beautiful village, not far from Kintrishi Nature Reserve and you can see a stunning sunset from the house. It is a very spacious house with huge outdoor areas. Very Highly recommended for anyone who is traveling by car and wants to stay near amazing nature, outside the city noise but still within a short driving distance to great beaches like Tsikhisdziri beaches

Nice place for big families and private

Lesley and Chris are great hosts, very friendly and helpful, the place is clean, comfortable and perfect location for visiting Batumi raptor watchpoint at Sakhalvasho (about 15 mins away) plus Batumi itself and the surrounding coastline and hills. The three cats are great company too!

The crew is very friendly.

I was a solo traveller and worked mostly from the house during the day . Wifi worked well most of the time. I didn't have a car . The host were very kind enough to drive me to the beach and botanical garden . the elderly couple don't speak English so well but their son speaks well . The walk down to the center takes about 20 mins and it takes you through a nice green path . Just pay attention while coming back in the night, most of the taxi followed the Navigation to reach the place and would get lost couple of times in the night. I would definitely revisit this place again 😊

Pros: The living room is spacious and the refrigerator is large. Dishes and cutlery are prepared for 3 people. The bed in the bedroom is large. The host is generally responsive and kind. Bed linens and towels are all clean. Disadvantages: There is a leak in the ceiling of the shower booth, but it appears to be a problem with the upper house. The water did not drip or anything, but there is partially moldy in the leak. There is no problem with use.

For your money, it's a good option. Close to the sea, the sea is cleaner than in Batumi. The yard is quiet, the children walked by themselves. Within a 10-minute walk, shops, a couple of cafes. Right next door, the Oasis complex, where you can walk along the sidewalk along the shore, there are playgrounds and a fountain beating from the ground (children love), a cafe and a bar (quite expensive, you need to take a guest pass at the reception). The biggest drawback is mosquitoes, they may not allow you to sleep. They quickly fly in when you open doors or windows, you should try not to let them in and definitely close the windows for half an hour before going to bed and turn on good fumigators in all rooms - we tried different ones, from what is in the neighborhood in the shops there is only Raid (not in plates and in banks), then you can sleep normally. There is noise from nearby trains, but here it is everywhere along the coast. The furniture is not perfect, normal for the price. The apartment is cozy. Marina is very responsive, helps with advice, problems (for example, the batteries in the water heater) solved quickly.

It’s a good new apartment. Only thing I had afraid of that it can be very uncomfortable without air conditioner but the sun is shine to the window for short time during the day and so there isn’t very hot in the flat. About location - you can reach old city in half an hour on foot. Zebur and his wife are great hosts. Recommend!

It's a very cool and aesthetic guesthouse. We were unlucky with the weather (only cold water, AC located upstairs), but could be perfect for a longer stay in summer. We couldn't lock the doors, but the neighbourhood felt safe and quiet, appreciated the parking space. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. There's also a small shop nearby for groceries.

Our stay at Woodhide was a true soul retreat. The location of the house is simply incredible: nature, fresh air and silence. The interior is stylish, thoughtful to the smallest detail, creating coziness and a feeling of complete relaxation. I was especially impressed with the bathroom with the hot tub – the perfect place to relax after walks. But the most valuable thing is people. The owners of the house put their soul into it and surrounded us with warmth and care, for which we are immensely grateful. They did everything to make us feel like home. Thank you for this wonderful experience – we will definitely come back again! If you are looking for a place where you can relax, enjoy the aesthetics and feel welcome – Woodhide is perfect.

The place was close to Batumi but also secluded enough in the mountains to wake up to a wonderful view right from the your bed, which was very tidy and the place was definitely cleaned very well. We also found more amenities than we expected which was pleasant surprise! Although we arrived late at night we were greeted by the host and helped to cottage where we felt right at home, the land is really beautiful and it was a treat to stay there and experience some of the activities in the area.

Awesome place! We really enjoyed our time there, it's a very quiet and peaceful place with picturesque views. The hosts are very kind and helpful, the place is clean and has all the basics that you need. We also were fond of design and really cool barbeque zone. If you're lucky, you could get surrounded by clouds, it's beautiful! (!) Please note that the place is up high on the mountain, so you need to take all that you need food with you, the shop would be in the village pretty far away. Hosts will drive you up with all your bags though, so it's not a big problem.

Fantastic place to stay near Batumi but away from the chaos of Batumi. You have amazing views and the hospitality is on another level. Helped us with our luggage and drop off to the airport. Always ready to help and assist which is amazing. As for the space, apart from the view don’t forget the BBQ and wine! Also glovo and Wolt deliver food there if you need. The place can be reached by taxi but needs placement a little on the Main Street and then a slight walk up to the house. (You get to see fireflies at night on your path). Would 💯 % come back next time we are in Batumi
