Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Adjara

Cute ecofriendly lodge for country life while offering great comfort for stay! Also good base to explore the tea route, gorgeous mountains, with the perks of dipping into private river just a short walk nearby.

I am the first one to rent this room after renovation, so everything is new. This is the only room in a standalone house, located in a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of bakeries and groceries within 5 min walk, as well as couple of pubs and large supermarkets. The beach and some good restaurants are within 15 min walk. The room is well-equipped, internet is fast and reliable. Cosy private balcony with garden view. And there is a real fireplace for a special vibe! Though you don't have to use the fireplace constantly as the room quickly gets quite warm with a gas heater (they call it karma). The host and his parents who live next door are very hospitable and kind people. The only drawback is a noisy building construction site 300 m away (like almost everywhere in Batumi), though the noise is tolerable. Highly recommend this hidden gem! Will definitely return.

Cute cozy house on three floors, the first two are rented. We were a group of 6 people, all fit, sofas and armchairs also fold out if there are more people. 100 meters from the sea, surrounded by green trees. Quiet, peaceful, close to small shops and 24-hour spar. 10-15 minutes by car to Batumi itself. The terrace of the house has a breathtaking view of the sea and old Batumi. The host was polite and always available, any issues were resolved as soon as possible. Nice place, I will come again.

I really liked everything. Friendly, hospitable hosts. Instant answers if there were any difficulties or questions. Communication is only in Georgian. Asked if it was possible to borrow the grill to roast the meat. As a result, we were given a ride to their lot, provided with a grill, table, benches, homemade wine and snacks. It's hard to imagine a more complete program. Incredibly hospitable^^ The kitchen is modern, everything is there (except for the corkscrew🙃). There are more than enough dishes. Electricity, internet, water - everything is almost uninterrupted. There is a large balcony with a beautiful view. In case of cold weather, there seems to be a fireplace. Without air conditioning, it was unusual. Overall, I really liked everything. Would love to do it again!

Very nice apartment, clean, very quiet neighbors. Noise only from cars on the street, but so all over the city. There is a desk and stable fast internet.

Very cozy apartment on the 13th floor, the lighting in the bathroom makes it even more comfortable. It's nice to sit on the balcony in the evening. We were available with the host, all issues were resolved positively. The beach is a pleasant road through the park with a lake. I recommend the place.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay in Kobuleti: + Inga's place is clean, comfortable and close to the seaside; + our communication with Inga and Luca was smooth and nice.

Everything was great: the flat was in a very good location, it had everything you needed, and the hosts were very welcoming!

The house was very sufficient for large groups. The house was on the top floor, which was not mentioned in the description. There was dust under the beds. Having air conditioning in every room was a big advantage. Despite not knowing English, Natela was very quick in communicating. She tried to be helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful villa Batumi, nestled in the foothills with stunning views of the sea and breathtaking sunsets. This serene location provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The villa itself was spacious, well-appointed, and meticulously maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable stay. The panoramic views from the terrace were simply mesmerizing, especially during sunset when the colors of the sky transformed into a magnificent display. We spent many evenings enjoying the scenery, sipping local wine, and soaking in the tranquility of the surroundings. One of the standout features of our experience was the hospitality of the hosts. They were incredibly gracious and attentive, always ready to assist without being intrusive. They provided helpful recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities

We had a great time in this house with the whole family! Everything was very cozy, comfortable and thought out to the smallest detail. Special thanks to Maria - she was always in touch, very responsive and ready to help at any time. The house has everything you need for living: slippers, gels, shampoos, towels, blankets - such details are always especially pleasing. Nearby is a wonderful sea, literally a couple of minutes away. We are very happy with our choice, I recommend it wholeheartedly! 😊👍

Beglar is a great host, he even gave us a lift to Kobuleti at our check-out. The house is situated on a hill and the walk to the beach through the Botanical Garden is nice. The Botanical Garden itself is great. The only negative thing is the stoney beach which makes it a bit difficult to swim.

The trip was a great, friendly and very friendly host! Very cozy and comfortable house. Dedicated bedrooms, which is as convenient as possible to accommodate several guests. All amenities are available. All appliances work perfectly. The apartment has a washing machine, refrigerator, gas stove, all kitchen utensils, dryer, TV. There is also extra bedding. Everything is very convenient for large groups of people. The location is good. The host of the apartment was very friendly. He met me, arranged it! In one word, I recommend 👍

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company.
