Charming apartment - quiet location

In a house in the Zurich metropolitan area (6km near city center, 12 min with car, 25min with public transportation) we rent an apartment with private entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen, dining area, office table and bathroom. The bed (110 cm) and a sofa bed (120cm) allow a stay for two people. The garden with barbecue, deck chairs and dining table can be shared. A small TV and free W-Lan connection is also available in the apartment and in the price! Car park (1 car) available in front of the house. Laundry can be used (including dryer). Surcharge depending on stay time. The hosts give you tips or answer questions about public transport, etc. Documents about this can be found already on the table. We speak: German, French, Spanish and English! WE LOOK FORWARD TO EVERY VISIT!

Lage ist perfekt, 3 Minuten zur Autobahn oder 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Zug. 12 Minuten nach Zürich. 180m², im Parterre mit Lift zur Garage und eigener Waschküche, 1 Master Bedroom, 1 Kinderzimmer, 1 offenes Büro, rollstuhlgängig, mit Kamin/Cheminée, zwei Terrassen, Tiefgarage, alle Wohnräume mit Parkett... Familien mit Kindern willkommen, Rauchen und Parties in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt. Weitere Bilder können per Email verschickt werden.

Willkommen in unserer neu eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen (75 Meter vom öffentlichen Parkplatz und 800 Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt). Der optimale Ausgangsort um rasch und direkt nach Zürich aber auch nach Zug zu gelangen. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss (ohne Lift) und für Menschen mit Mobiltätseinschränkungen wie auch Kinder nicht geeignet. Ebenfalls ist sie für Haustiere nicht geeignet. Der Name "Home" soll daran erinnern, dass Sie sich wie "zu Hause" fühlen sollen!

I was very kindly received by Jens, everything was ready and also in advance the communication was very fast and really helpful. Everything worked out perfectly and I felt really comfortable as a guest. The location of the apartment and the room is very quiet, just a few steps from the shores of Lake Zurich and also the train station, shopping and restaurants etc. are in the immediate vicinity. If necessary, I will choose the accommodation again immediately and can therefore recommend it! Thanks again for the great stay, the hospitality and the good conversations! :-)

The location is beautiful, tucked in a hillside of Weggis, the host offered pickup and drop which was very useful because it’s a little far from the ferry stop. But it’s worth the view and location. They also offer fresh breakfast to start off the day or a hike which is great especially in a place like Weggis.
