Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest with views of Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find beach on the free area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going great hikes. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and kid friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want partying. Want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

Høvåg/Blindleia near Dyreparken

Fully furnished garage loft (32 sqm) is rented out at Kvannes in Høvåg. The property is idyllically located close to the sea. Bathing and fishing spots, hiking areas etc are only a few minutes walk away. Blindleia is 700m from the property. It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. The garage loft has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living area with dining table/chairs. In the living room there is a Hemnes daybed with good mattresses (2 sleeping places). Max 6 people.

It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

You won't be disturbed by the other people staying in the house. The room with private bathroom contains a workplace, a bed of 140 cm, a guest bed and a TV. Cozy treehouse in the trees at Harkmark for rent all year round. The cabin is well insulated and has a wood stove ready to use. The cabin otherwise consists of a small kitchen,toilet, a bedroom and loft with double bed. Sofa bed with room for 2 in the living room. The outside area contains a large dining table, fire pit and a hammock. Downstairs the cabin there is a water where there is set out 8 canoe that you can borrow for free, as well as a gap with barbecue facilities.
