Nikos and Sofia met us upon arrival and made us feel welcome immediately. They even prepared a welcome basket for us with snacks and drinks in the fridge. The place was cleaned every few days, as well as towels and bedsheets changed (before cleaning Nikos texted us to make sure we were not at the apartment at that time). The place was very cozy and the location was perfect - peaceful, safe, very close to the beach and amazing tavernas. Every time we saw Nicos he greeted us with a big smile and made sure everything is ok. In fact, everyone at Finiki village was very friendly and welcoming. We are very grateful to Nikos and Sofia for such a lovely stay and could not recommend it more!

Nikos is an amazing and kind host. He is very responsive and friendly. His sister met us at the port and drove to the house at night when we arrived. It was very kind 🙏 The place is beyond amazing. It's located a few minutes away from the city centre in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. There is a very nice supermarket and a gym just a few steps away. The apartment is extremely clean, new, comfortable with an incredible view. Would definetly come back again next time I am in Karpathos.

Theo's house is delightful, original and very functional in its furnishings, with a super comfortable king size bed and everything you need to feel good: above all a terrace with a breathtaking view and a total privacy. The proximity to the airport brings more advantages than disadvantages, because it is very convenient for those arriving and departing and on the other hand the noise of the planes is not at all problematic as you might think. Theo is a very attentive and extremely kind host, ready to quickly respond to any question and to meet his guests for any need. There are beautiful beaches nearby, some of which can be reached just walking, and Pigadia with all its services is twenty minutes away, so reachable without problems even on a daily basis. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the beautiful Finiki for 15 days. The house is beautiful with a balcony overlooking the sea, equipped with every comfort including air conditioning and wifi (which works very well on the terrace). For everything else, Vasileia was a wonderful host and always available. We highly recommend visiting you and eating in the restaurant downstairs, managed by you, with the best fish we found on the island! The house is clean and in a great location to enjoy Karpathos!
