The whole house was super clean, very well located and with a great view ! You're next to the center and you don't need a car to get around !

The space was nice with a large bedroom and large balcony facing the sea. At first it was difficult to find the driveway not realizing it was off the main road. Parking on property was very convenient but would be easier if there were assigned spots. Would stay there again.

Stefanos took great care of us from the moment we arrived here, and my wife and daughter had problems at customs, Stefanos helped them, I would like to thank him very much for this, we had a very nice holiday thanks to him, the house was magnificent, the view, the interior of the house, everything was perfect, if we come to Chios again, our choice will be Stefanos' apartment, he is a very friendly, caring, warm person, we thank him again

We were looking for a peaceful location close to the sea and this place delivered exactly what we want. Waking up to the sound of waves and having a garden and beach right in front of our room truly made us feel like we were in a summer home. Avrakomi was very attentive and we felt right at home throughout our stay. Thank you for everything!

The house is a very nice apartment. New, clean, beautifully designed, useful. There was a laundry machine, air conditioning, everything. Easy to enter and exit. Very close to the market and the beach in Sığacık Kale. The house is clean and tidy. It was a nice accommodation and holiday. I'd like to stay again

We stayed at Niko's house for 4 days. Niko is really friendly, he helped us with everything, he responded to our messages very quickly. He helped us with renting a car, and thanks to him, we rented a car very cheaply. The house is as seen in the photos and very clean, the kitchen has the necessary items. The towels and bed were clean. Thank you so much for everything.

Lovely place, amazing sea views, just like the photos. Few minutes walk to the marina with lots of restaurant and beach nearby. Quiet but suited us, 15mins to Cesme by Dolmus which is very regular and cost 33TL pp. The beach was about 20mins walk from the apartment,has no deck chairs to hire so you need to have your own but the plaza hotel next door, if you buy food and drinks worth 1500TL pp, you can use therir private beach all day and they provide towels. The neighbour next door to the apartment was very friendly, helpful and spoke good english. We'll definitely stay there again. We took the Havas ftom Izmir airport to Cesme which took 1.5hrs and cost about 130TL pp and takes 1.5hrs, in an air conditioned coach which was nice and safe. Best to book a private taxi to.leavecearly to the airport, uber let us dien but we managed to get to Cesme using Dolmus Our first time in Turkiye, we had a lovely time, thanks to a great location of the apartment and the warmth of the people.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Maria’s place in Chios. The location was perfect, quiet, scenic, and close to the beach and the town. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Maria and Niko were fantastic hosts, welcoming, responsive, and always ready to help with local tips. I especially appreciated their hospitality and the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Chios!

One of the best vacation we had. We were 5 people (two families). The description of the apartment was accurate. George was very cooperative and helpful, and responded to all our messages in a short time. Check-out was very flexible (in view of the availability). The apartment has 3 nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a barh and one with a shower). There are 2 floors, each has a big balcony, right against the sea view. Location is the best and the beach is mostly welcoming, as well as the side restaurants-bars. One should note there are some 10 stairs from the street to the front door, and 30 more to the first floor of the apartment, but it worth every one of them. Parking may be a problem, but usually, by evening time, we have found a place. There are a few near supermarkets and other stores, and the place is a good spot to stardaily tours around the island. We will certainly come back.

So peaceful and such a lovely special place, would highly recommend! You could not ask for a better location, just perfect, right by the beach and you can wake up and go for a swim straightaway. The view of the house is really nice, since there were no guests next door, we were able to use the garden as a private area for us. It was difficult for us to swim in the sea from the garden, but even watching the view from there is a great thing... The house is very close to the center and there is no parking problem. Since we didn't cook, I can't inform about the kitchen shortcomings, but it seemed ideal for two people. Despoina was caring and friendly and answered every question we had. It was also a very polite move to allow flexibility at checkout time. I'll stay at the same place if I go again

We stayed at Ferdi's place for a week and had a super nice time. Various beaches, restaurants and convenience stores can be reached quickly. With the Dolmus, other places (such as Alacati, Cesme city) are also easily accessible. Glad to come back!

This apartment is both amazingly located and beautifully appointed. Xanthippi is an amazing host, providing just the right level of being available without being too much. VERY clear instructions for check in and check out, and she provides great guides on the island in a book in the apartment. Will 100% stay again the next time I come to Chios!

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

We were greeted by Mrs. Rena without any problem even though we were late to arrive. The property is in a quiet location and has a beautiful view to the sea. It fully responds to the photos and has all the basics one needs in a room for a short vacation. We were satisfied and recommend it!
