Family-friendly holiday rentals in Alafaya

Awesome location & room! Made our vacation magical. Resort had all that we needed including a nice, large (warm) swimming pool, laundry (free) and other activities! Room itself was super clean, had all that one might need including plenty of towels and super comfy bed (including a sofa bed that was actually comfortable). Sat out on the balcony to do some work and all in all was a very good experience for our family! Thank you Robert for being a great host and offering your place for us to stay! Will be coming back!

I would book again with Orlando homes next visit

The house was incredibly clean and very spacious. I appreciated that someone came regularly to clean the pool—especially since I’m very clean and a bit of a germophobe! The host was also very responsive, which I truly appreciated. We had a small issue with the HOA, and I’m grateful the host was on top of it and supportive throughout. I felt safe at all times in the gated community, and my kids really enjoyed the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay! Lots to do in the area of course, but we had a few pool days and it was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone. The home is beautifully decorated and we found the beds comfortable. We had our dog with us and there were several beds available for him too! Very thoughtful. We recommend staying at Jason’s for an Orlando vacation.

Maria's place was super cozy. It had everything we needed and then some. the property is beautiful. Pools were nice. and the staff at the gates were very welcoming. No problems. very relaxing.

Very comfortable, in a great location - close to amenities and easy for Uber to find. Dennis was super helpful and responded in minutes.

Cai Ling and John’s place was great. It was just as described. It was clean and had what we needed for our short stay. As they stated they only provide limited supplies so if you need additional supplies please bring them. I would definitely stay there again.

Laura’s place was very accommodating to our week trip to Disney World! Close to all of the parks as well as all sorts of restaurants and convenience stores surrounding! Cool AC, a hot shower and a cozy bed—hard to beat after a HOT day at any of the parks! Very responsive to messages and suggested lots of great recommendations! Definitely a “bang for your buck” at Laura’s place! Looking forward to referring all of our friends and planning our next trip soon! Thanks again, Laura and staff! 🙂

Very clean and convenient transportation

We were so thrilled with our stay. We attended for volleyball nationals and the location was perfect. Easy to walk to the convention center, Publix, and food options. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Thais was extremely helpful, even contacting us after check out to let us know we’d forgotten a set of AirPods there. Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Orlando! The house was very clean, and the check-in process was smooth with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The pool was a definite highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day out, though it’s worth noting it’s not super private as it’s close to neighboring homes. The space had all the basics, but be sure to bring your own essentials, as it’s lightly stocked with just the minimum. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We spent two weeks at Disney parks and this place was an excellent choice for our family of 3. We were close enough to take breaks during the hottest parts of the day. Andrea's place was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated all the amenities provided and clear instructions for check in/out. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Excellent host!!

We loved our stay here! We were greeted by the welcoming committee of ducks and White Ibises when we walked out to the patio - they are adorable. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was nice to cool down after a day at the parks and it is conveniently located near stores and restaurants and also very close to the parks - which was awesome!! I highly recommend staying here. Judy was a great host to work with and we look forward to our next visit! Oh! And I caught a bass in the pond…added bonus!

We are so grateful to have found this beautiful space. We really enjoyed all of the little thoughtful and cute decor details and the style of the villa. The community was quiet and felt safe. My husband and I also enjoyed the cleanliness of the unit and the comfort of the furniture, especially the beds! We appreciated the extra items, like the blow dryer and the soaps. The quality of the towels and linens were great. The wine was a thoughtful touch, though neither of us drink. The location is phenomenal! We were so close to everything! We were able to explore so much! We offer a special thanks to Kenny and his family for opening this home to us! I definitely recommend staying here whether you are going to Universal or Disney. So much to explore!

We had a great stay at Jonny’s place. The unit is spacious and comfortable with room for everyone to enjoy. The open floor plan was nice and the amenities, including the live DJ at the pool (who was great with entertaining the kids as well), were a nice bonus. Our family voted unanimously that we would stay again… and we are already looking at dates for next June!

Place was just as described on the website. It was very clean and comfortable and the commute to Disney parks was less than 15 minutes away. Our host was very responsive and prompt each time we had a question.

My stay at Patsy’s condo at Runaway Beach Club was fantastic! The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located near all the fun attractions by Disney. It truly felt like a home away from home. Patsy was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire booking and stay. She made sure everything was just right and even offered helpful suggestions for the area. I really appreciated the warm hospitality and personal touches that made the trip extra special. Our stay was wonderful! The place matches the listing, the service is super attentive, the atmosphere is very welcoming, it is in a strategic location for the parks and attractions and exceeded our expectations, especially since it was the first time we used Airbnb. this family is beyond accommodating. I don't typically do airbnbs with the in home post this was the first for me. They are very accommodating and welcoming. They made me feel right at home and like part of the family. Their home is clean and very well decorated. If I am ever in the area again I would stay there without hesitation. They do have dogs which for me was great. But if you are uncomfortable with them I am sure they would make sure that you do not have to interact with them. But for me the dogs made it feel more like home. I cannot say enough nice things about this family and how accommodating and friendly they are. If you're unsure about staying with an in home host I would urge you to stay with this family. You won't regret it. Just like their ad says you will be staying with friends you just haven't met yet. Cannot recommend this location enough.

Our family of four stayed here for our Orlando vacation. We went to Universal, SeaWorld, and Discovery Cove. The location of the house was great. Our kids enjoyed the Minions themed bedroom and the resort pools. There were a few things that need repairs (loose curtain rod, broken oven buttons, etc) but everything worked fine and it was very clean. It was perfect for us. Recommend!

Exactly as advertised and reviewed. Denver was a great host and the location to Universal was perfect.
