Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Alaska

We had an amazing time staying here! Our flight was delayed 6 hours, and to make an already frustrating start of our trip easier Daniel unlocked the door and had the lights turned on for us when we got there to ensure that we didn’t have any issues upon arrival. Very responsive and friendly! We loved chatting with you guys on our way out to go fishing! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Cannot say enough about Mrs. Yvonne and this place. The view is stunning, the property and host were amazing and the activities near by were so easy to get to! Yvonne was super knowledgeable of the area and was always willing to help with any questions we had! If you visit Kodiak, this is a great place to stay!

Wendy’s place is a beautiful, super clean studio space. It’s private yet they are onsite if you need something. She checked on me a couple of times to see if I needed anything. She even provided a things to do list and places to eat. I highly recommend staying at this cute place in North Pole.

This apartment is delightful. Quiet, extremely clean, spacious and close to several high schools which makes it easy to attend sporting events/tournaments. Kelly is an excellent host and I would highly recommend a stay. It’s a little slice of heaven!

Great welcome, made the check-in easier than any I’ve seen before. Very well appointed place. Excellent kitchen appliances and essential cooking supplies. Very helpful and supportive communications all through the stay. Great home away from home!

Jan’s place was clean, comfortable, well appointed and in a most scenic location. The views are awesome and the host was most affable and responsive. My husband and I felt safe and comfortable, notwithstanding the wooded location which is what we needed for our staycation. Our service dog seemed at peace and didn’t alert for any strange scents or noises (sometimes common if he senses bears in the area). It was wonderful to meet Jan and her husband and their pets. We would very much visit again if the opportunity arises. Thanks Jan for your lovely hospitality.

Tom’s place in Fairbanks was the perfect getaway—private, peaceful, and incredibly well-stocked. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and thoughtfully prepared. Tom provided super clear instructions on how to find the apartment and access the keypad (which worked perfectly), and the location was easy to spot thanks to the tall building and helpful driveway markers. The space itself was warm, clean, and cozy—just what we needed in Alaska. We really appreciated the drinkable water, the adjustable thermostat, and especially the generous offer to use anything in the kitchen or fridge. It felt more like staying at a friend’s home than a rental. The bed was comfortable, and the whole apartment had a welcoming, peaceful vibe. It’s a quiet, private spot—you’re the only guests in the building—which made for a very relaxing stay. Tom was communicative and kind throughout, and it’s clear he cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommended! We’d absolutely stay here again.

What a great location and home! No needs at all… just show up and you’re ready to relax! Great view of the entire area. Peaceful sleep in a clean home with plenty of room to enjoy. Brett is over the top helpful and responsive. This will become our normal Homer stay location moving forward - as long as there is availability as it books fast!

This home was absolutely beautiful, private, and conveniently located. I wasn't sure it would be worth the nightly rate, but after staying there would say it exceeded our expectations. The grounds were well kept, inside was immaculate, and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of open common space and the bathroom was huge with updated laundry machines. It's about a 2-minute drive to the Fairgrounds and 5 minutes to the golf course and downtown Palmer. We would definitely stay there again.

100/10, great place to stay! The hosts are super hospitable. Robin gave great suggestions for things to do in the area and responded fast to any questions we had and was available to help with anything we needed. The view is great and the cabin is secluded and private - except for the few moose that may wander up🫎 Definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking to spend some time in Alaska

Staying at Mike's place was a wonderful experience! He was very responsive, and gave great instructions. The view was absolutely stunning. We were able to see Denali at sunset which was incredible! It was very clean with a well equipped kitchen. I would definitely recommend it. Thanks for everything, Mike Patricia

The Kings Deer Lodge was a beautiful log building, very accommodating and spacious, perfect for our large group. I also thought the rental price was very reasonable given the price of other hotels in the Denali area. Moreover, I think a winter holiday there would be fabulous.

I cannot say enough good things about this hangar home and the hosts!! 10 minutes from the airport, convenient access to everything we wanted to do, and absolutely beautiful inside and out. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the curtains let us sleep well in the light. There are the planes that take off and land outside, but it was never a bother or very early or late. Most of all, Ruth and Johanna were incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond to help us out during our stay. (And their binder of local recommendations was fantastic…we tried out several and loved them all!). I hope to come back and stay longer.

After a week of camping and fishing, we wanted a beautiful, peaceful place to wind down - with a view and a hot tub. This property exceeded our expectations. It is well appointed and very comfortable, close to everything, on the ocean - and the view, wow. We didn't end up spending as much time there as I would have liked, but the hot tub at the end of the day was absolute bliss. Next visit, I plan to spend much more time on the property, including parking myself on the edge of the lawn overlooking the ocean. This place is good for the soul.

Everything was exactly as what we expected. The location was perfect and having a washer/dryer was great so we didn't have to over pack. The 4 of us were very comfortable especially in those super comfortable king sized beds. A huge plus was that we never ran out of hot water even when we all showered back to back. The water pressure wasn't great but other than that everything was perfect.

The condo was in a perfect location, near restaurants and a parking place. The building has washing machines and dryers for doing your laundry. The price per load was $2.50. Stephanie’s condo was neat, clean and very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

This was my first time staying at Jodi’s but it definitely won’t be our last! Great location near the heart of Girdwood and everything is in pretty minimal walking distance. Jodi was friendly, accommodating and the condo was spotless. HIGHLY recommend her spot!
