Holiday rentals with a patio in Alata

The time of our arrival was inaccurate and Megan agreed to block us from the reservation for a few hours. The listing is as described and the rental price is attractive compared to other listings on the market. Recommended.

The apartment is located in a new residence and has stunning views of the bay of Ajaccio which delighted us. The decor is neat, the premises were very clean and the equipment very complete. The underground parking space is a real asset in this mainly residential area. Ajaccio city center is a 20-minute walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

Excellent stay in Ajaccio in Alexandra's apartment. The accommodation is conveniently located in the city center. Alexandra is very responsive if you have any questions. We will not hesitate to return to this accommodation if we return to Ajaccio.

Isabelle is a great hostess who can really help with everything and can give very useful tips for the vacation stay: shopping, restaurants, beaches, hiking,...and - if desired - also gladly provides further insights into island life with a little gossip. The apartment is tastefully designed and furnished and the outdoor areas or the garden invite you to linger. What really stands out is the tranquility and the view of the bay of Sagone and the surroundings. But the highlight for us was the "private beach" or the nearby coastline. Despite the high season and nearby tourist town of Sagone, you were really on your own and could explore the underwater world in peace or just hang out. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment was super nice, modern and comfortably furnished. We were there for 2.5 weeks and worked remotely - the place was ideal for that, because it was very quiet, had enough space and rooms with workplaces. We felt very comfortable and at home. The view of the sea was fantastic. Only defects: If you do not have a car or motorcycle, you must have good endurance and leg muscles :) The apartment is a bit remote and high up, so there is no direct access to the beach but, 15 minutes walk down and 15 minutes walk up. There are also occasional visits from wild boars, who do nothing, but are a bit loud :) By car or motorcycle, however, absolutely recommended and we will definitely come back.

For our first stay in Corsica, Odile and Éric's accommodation was perfect. A very good welcome, pleasant, attentive and responsive. The accommodation is very functional, clean and has a terrace with a very nice view and an ideal garden for children to play safely. Perfect for a family of up to 6 people (we were 4 adults and 2 children), the beds are very comfortable. Quiet environment, close to shops and beaches. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great stay in Gémi and Anne's sheepfold. The view is magnificent, the tranquility is perfect and it is close to the pretty village of Cargèse. Jean-Gémi is a host who is both welcoming and discreet. It was our 5th stay in Corsica and we found the region superb both for the sea and for the villages of the hinterland. A great place to recommend.

We stayed for 10 days at the beginning of July and it was beautiful. Lovely and clean and the beds were so comfy. All the facilities were brilliant. Very well equipped with everything you need. The showers worked very well and were beautifully hot. We hired a car and found some wonderful beaches nearby with clear water and great places to eat. Big shout to Augustin who was fantastic and answered all our questions. We were delayed 3 hours arriving and he met us with a big smile. We’ll definitely return.

Amazing Villa, very well equipped , great location, walking distance to shops, beach and restaurants. Perfect for family of 4 with teenagers. Michel and Valerie were very attentive hosts. A truly memorable stay in Corsica. We hope to be back!

the accommodation offered by Marie Dominique was great. Very well arranged and very quiet. Covered terrace. A special little touch for bikers with their little calle for the kickstand. I highly recommend it!

Very nice place, a little hard to find but the effort is worth it (communicate the coordinates or mention the name " Village Marin" which is recognized by GPS will help a lot). Very nice accommodation, well equipped, cleanliness and impeccable linens, 2 very appreciated swimming pools and small beach, barbecue available, private parking without problem. Friendly and warm welcome, everything makes you want to come back and spend much more than 3 days.

Very nice apartment, lovingly equipped. Sensational view of the bay of Ajaccio from a dream veranda. Everything was there to make you feel comfortable right away.

Privileged location in a large holiday residence Alba Rossa with little traffic in front of the charming well-equipped accommodation with a very beautiful sea view. Walking distance to the beautiful Cupabia beach. I recommend it.

Incredible location with an amazing beach access, lovely warm pool, exceptional views of sunsets. Convenient location close to a grocery store and close to an E-motum recharging station about 6 miles away in Stagone. A well situated location to explore the region and see Piana , Porto and Ajaccio. We didn't try any of the restaurants, but there are quite a few within walking distance. We would definitely come back here in the future.

Perfect stay, very responsive and welcoming host! I enjoyed the beautiful sandy beach really close and not very busy in this season. Quiet place and very functional and pleasant accommodation.

Beautiful little apartment that has everything a big one has! Very clean and well furnished, equipped, decorated. Beautiful weather during our stay, ideal for enjoying the quiet of the beautiful outdoor space with both shade, sun, view and direct access to the sea. In early June, very few people on the beach. Convenience stores a few hundred yards away. There are restaurants a little further away, but why go when you're so comfortable on site? In bad weather, the experience must be different and the space must be reduced...

The apartment is very well located and close to the beach (allow 5 min walk to access it). This one has the comfort and equipment required for a good vacation.

Henri was very welcoming and caring. In addition, he told us that all the money went to a nonprofit for families.
