Ann’s property very save & secure place, private , clean & private area. Ann & her husband very kind & friendly, the inside property very clean & calm, very big spaces, they are allowed for using own kitchen, when we was here, feel own house & very relaxing, shop are walkable distance, easy access to everything, very beautiful roads& area. You can arrange for vehicle easily, very worth for money, you can’t find the another place for this price, very cheap prices, I highly recommend for this property, thank you so much Ann. 😊😊👍🏻❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Batay Guesthouse in Kegalle. The house is beautiful, well-maintained, and rich in family history, which adds a unique charm to the experience. Everything was spotlessly clean and surrounded by a harmonious garden that creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. One of the owners, Mrs. Shiromi, was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Along with her attentive staff, she made sure all our needs were met with warmth and efficiency. The ladies in the kitchen truly spoiled us with delicious traditional dishes, bringing to life the authentic flavors of the local culinary heritage. In short, this is a peaceful haven — a perfect place to rest, recharge, and explore the many interesting activities the area has to offer. Thank you!

Stayed with the family for my wife's birthday. Unfortunately we had some power issues at the start of our stay due to some extreme weather and a temperamental generator. However, these were resolved by the following day when a man came round to fix the generator. The place is beautiful and the caretaker, Shiva, was very helpful throughout our stay. The views are amazing and I could have easily spent a whole afternoon sitting on the balcony with a cup of tea and a book just taking in the surroundings. One constructive piece of feedback I would offer the host is that a sign at the bottom of the driveway would be very helpful to confirm that you have arrived in the right place. We unfortunately drove past the property when we first arrived and ended up having to double back after asking a local for directions. Overall, this was a lovely stay and a property well worth returning to.
