Die wunderschöne Ruhrtal-Villa liegt auf einem 2000 m² großem Grundstück und grenzt direkt an die Ruhr. Idyllische Wald-und Wanderwege liegen ebenso wie der Ruhrtal-Radweg direkt vor der Haustür. Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt im Souterrain mit direktem Zugang zur großen überdachten Terrasse und Blick auf das paradiesische Ruhrtal. Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

Vacation home in Lippstadt-City

Sehr zentrale Innenstadtlage aber in einer beruhigten Sackgasse. Es sind wirklich nur 2-4 Gehminuten zur City oder dem grünen Winkel. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und geräumig mit Balkon und Stellplatz sowie Schlafzimmer mit Fernseher. Ferner ca. 350 m zur Fa. Hella und ca. 500m zum Bahnhof. Es ist eine Tassimo- Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln vorhanden. Ein separates Kinderbett ist nicht vorhanden. Ein Hochstuhl ist aber da. Buchung ab 2 Übernachtungen möglich. Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt.

The accommodation is located in the north and almost in the heart of Lippstadt. Downtown, supermarkets, shops and green corners are within walking distance in minutes. Your hosts live in the same house and are available to answer questions about Lippstadt and accommodation. The apartment is 38 sqm and consists of a large living room and bedroom with double bed, a kitchenette and a modern shower room. A contactless key handover is also possible if you are interested.

With its own outdoor sauna: The Mökki by Lake Möhne

The lake house is more than a vacation home in Finland, the "Mökki" between forest and water is a place of longing. It is used for saunas, hiking, boating, and breathing deeply. Our Mökki is located on the wooded southern shore of Lake Möhne. And it offers a bit of Finnish lifestyle. The cottage is close to the lake, secluded and surrounded by trees and shrubs. It has its own outdoor sauna and a fireplace. Welcome to your private hideaway!

Cozy room in the country house with horses

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

Mono im Teuto

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Die helle und stillvolle Ferienwohnung bietet Ihnen eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in der Nähe der Lippstädter Innenstadt. Sie verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer inkl. 2 großen Einzelbetten, 1 Wohnzimmer inkl. 2 Schlafsofas, einer gut ausgestatteten Einbauküche und einem Badezimmer inkl. Dusche. Die Ferienwohnung kann mit bis zu 4 Personen bezogen werden. Buchungen ab 2 Personen sind bevorzugt.

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me.
