It was simple access. It was a good time schedules. The place was so peaceful and awesome. I loved it. I had a parking space right in front every day. I will probably book there again when I’m in Portland.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! It’s comfortable, cleverly designed to make great use of space, and well appointed. It’s in a great neighborhood that is quiet, friendly and walkable. Charlie is a friendly, responsive host, and our experience here was very positive.

This house is a gem. Fully restored bungalow, obviously loved, and in pristine condition for a 100+ year old house. The place is spotless, and decorated with lots of artifacts from vintage shops. Comfy furniture, the beds and linens are great, and there is every kind of coffee making equipment imaginable for guests to use.

Was a great place, lots of helpful notes around the house to get a visitor acquainted with the house. Great variety of snacks and coffee/tea. Bee Better soap/shampoo/conditioner was a nice touch! The only challenge was those stairs to the bedrooms! If you have any knee or balance issues, you might want to look elsewhere. 2 blocks to lots of shopping/dining options in the Alberta Shops area.

We had a comfortable stay, felt home immediately after checking in. The place was clean and exactly as described & in photos. Not just thoughtfully done, but also with all necessary equipments for our toddler and pup, everybody was able to find something to keep busy. The host, Dana, was also very helpful and communicative, especially when they had a contractor attend a leak before our arrival - ensuring the house was ready in time for our check in. Highly recommend staying at this bnb.

Wonderful stay!! loved the bed and the shower the most! everything was cute, peaceful, and lots of thought into what a first timer in Portland would need.

Kelly wins the best host award! She has thought of everything. The home has everything you may need. She gives plenty of information up front. The home has plenty of historic charm with fun decor. The street is busy so you will get a bit of street noise but the location is perfect for walking to restaurants/pubs. My family had a great time here!

5 stars doesn’t even seem enough for this absolutely perfect Portland gem. From the comfiest beds to an actual spotless home, Bens place was the best stay we could’ve asked for. We will only stay here when we travel to Portland in the future!!!!

We had a great stay at the Poppy House! The home was in a great area with many things to do in walking distance. Lisa was very kind and communicative throughout our stay! We 100% recommend this place and would stay again!!

I love my stay at Peter's apartment. It was so quiet and private. The place was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about it. Peter was a great host and very easy to get in touch with. I would stay there again when in the Portland area.

We made a quick trip to Portland and found Martin & Graces home perfect for our needs. it was located central to places we wanted to go. Parking was right in front and it was a nice quiet neighborhood. The place was just as described and had all the amenities. Thank you for a great stay!

Very easy, comfy place with everything I needed for a great stay. I really appreciated the convenient access to the airport and public transit options, and the neighborhood itself was within walking distance to some great shops, restaurants, and cafes. Getting in was also super easy, but I would make one recommendation to anyone arriving after dark: ask the hosts to turn on the outside lights for you. The garden is *incredibly* lovely (I almost wanted to ask for some landscaping tips!), but it was a little tricky trying to navigate the stone path with luggage in the dark.

This apartment is in a great location with an great view of the River. we enjoyed sitting and watching the sailboats in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing food. Checkout was easy. We would definitely stay again.

This place was the perfect location for me. I love the proximity of the Riverwalk river walk. I also thought the little patio outside was a great place to sit and relax. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Portland.

Great place, very clean, lots of amenities. A little hard to find and chack in, but the photo directions from the host really help. There is a grocery store about a 1 min walk from the apartment which was really handy. Close to the water and centrally located. Overall, very nice.

Great location with walkable restaurants and a tap room. Very close to portland state university and a nice upscale supermarket. I would stay again.

I had rented this place for my technicians since we had a job in that area. They were very accommodating and understanding when I had to extend the stay and keep the same place even though they had other wanted to rent the place.

This was the perfect respite after a long week of moving cross country. The beds were comfy and the kitchen encouraged baking, which my spouse did. It is right on a busy street but not too noisy. We could just step right outside and find great restaurants, books stores, and even a plus sized thrift store. We loved staying in your beautifully decorated old home. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family when they visit us.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The house was wonderful and more spacious than it looks in the pictures. Close to Portland/the surrounding suburbs but set back from the street with lots of trees, so you end up forgetting you’re next to the city. The host was super friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations for the area. We would absolutely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. As advertised, and Artin was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Hillsboro
