We had a very nice few days at Villa Rosa. The house is exactly as described and the location in Iseo is absolutely perfect - central yet totally quiet. Communication with Camilla was great. she was very friendly, proactive and helpful. Good to know: inside, it was quite cool, especially in the evening (we were there at the beginning of April and wanted it warm especially for our little son to crawl), Camilla organized an additional heater for us at short notice. We really appreciated it!

This villa was a gem and was perfectly sized, even for a large group (7 of us). It was clean and well equipped with a good kitchen, comfortable furniture, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, modern tv with lots of DVDs to choose from and a hi-fi unit for music. The garden was also lovely. We made good use of the sheltered table and chairs, and the deck chairs and table tennis for when the weather was sunny. The location was fantastic, offering panoramic views of Lecco and the mountains. It is well connected to Lecco despite being further up the hills through the number 4 and 1 buses Lecco is a wonderful small city, it has plenty of places to eat and shop with great connections to Milan and other nearby locations. Elena was a lovely host, leaving some gifts for us when we entered and offering advice on what to do around Lecco and nearby locations. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone wanting to experience Lecco and Lake Como.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Bellagio! The house was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. The views from the villa were absolutely stunning — a perfect backdrop to our mornings and evenings. The location was ideal: just a short drive to grocery stores, downtown Bellagio, and the lake, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The hosts were responsive and made sure everything was ready for our arrival. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in such a charming town. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect stay! The house was exactly as in the photos: clean, cozy and with attention to detail. Check-in was simple and on time. The host was kind and helpful for every need, always responding quickly. I absolutely recommend it to those looking for a quiet accommodation!

We had a lovely stay in Oliveta Laria. I can't say enough good things about Marzia. She communicated well from the time of reservation through check-out and beyond. The house is beautiful, magnificent view and very private. Believe what she says about the driveway!! It is very steep and windy. Smaller cars much better. We had a large van and it was intimidating. The path through the woods to the town was nice. We would definitely rent from Marzia again!!

We just arrived home from our stay at Daniel's house and already miss it and want to go back! The views are absolutely stunning! The house was clean and was designed beautifully. The town where this house is located is charming, with a wonderful restaurant tucked in a piazza. Daniel was communicative before and during our stay. Loved our stay at Villa Flora Fauna Lago and would absolutely recommend it!

This was a great stay for my family and I - it was just as peaceful and beautiful as pictured. Though it rained our entire time in Lake Como, the Villa, town Square and the ease and flexibility provided by Vicky were unmatched. You can set up anything you need with the host, including car transport, cooking and boating. They really go above and beyond - we got lost on the train there AND I forgot my bag with my passport during checkout. Vicky took care of everything. Highly recommend this charming Villa!!

Wonderful private and gorgeous retreat high up on the hillside. RENT A CAR. We did, but only last minute and initially had planned to uber to and from the Airbnb both for arrival and departure as well as just day trips; this would have been a mistake, it is 12-14 minutes up the hill from the town. If you have a rental car and are comfortable driving up steep roads, it is a fun adventure and the views make it well worth the trek. The space itself is second to none. Gorgeous pool with million dollar views, several levels of terraces with sun chairs, outdoor eating areas, and the home itself is inviting and comfortable.

This place is conveniently located near everything one may need during their trip and most importantly, the host is amazing (responsive, accommodating, and polite).

Very clean environment and with every comfort. It's like feeling at home. I enjoyed everything... from the soft and fragrant linens, to the terrace where it's a show to eat, to the pool to cool off. Katiuscia's dad set up umbrellas and deck chairs for us every morning. The place is very relaxing and is a strategic point for reaching beautiful places to visit. Thanks for hosting! :-)

This was one of the best air bnb experiences I have had, highly highly recommend. The photos do not do the view justice, it is truly amazing. The pool is perfect for families with children. The air BnB has everything you could need, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, clean modern bathrooms, so specious. We had the most amazing week! Deborah is an incredible host, very detailed guide book, excellent communication, she went out of her way to make sure our stay was super. We didn’t want to leave. It is a 30 minute walk down the hill to the centre of Menaggio. The hill to the top is steep with cars/walking but it is so so worth it for the view. Thank you Deborah, we couldn’t have had a better time.

The house is in a beautiful area with a view on the lake. The pictures don’t even show how big the garden is. The kitchen is well equipped and all the rooms are air-conditionned. We had a great time here!

We cycled the Milano San Remo Amatori, so this was the perfect base for our adventure as it was only 3km from the started. The house was very clean and had all the utilities which you needed, the host is super friendly and very responsive.

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

We would like to sincerely thank Cristina and her family! The villa is simply fantastic: it was extremely clean and excellently equipped, so we immediately felt comfortable. The property and pool is a dream!! Hiding games here is a good time :-) The service was great: the family was always available and supported us with wonderful shopping and sightseeing recommendations. She also gave a good doctor's recommendation when it was necessary. Cristina even offered to accompany us to the doctor. Great service!! Although our arrival took longer than planned, we were still warmly welcomed late in the evening, which was very nice. We give 10 out of 10 points with three extra stars for our experience with Cristina and her family!
