Terrazza sul lago

Situato nel cuore del piccolo caratteristico paese di Gandria, sorge uno dei primi alloggi per i forestieri del secolo scorso. Il luminoso e ampio appartamento di circa 80 mq è adatto a coppie e famiglie che cercano un po’ di relax e una pausa dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni. L’appartamento si trova di fronte al lago e gode di un’ampia vista mozzafiato a 180° da poter apprezzare affacciandosi dalla grande, luminosa e accogliente terrazza mentre si assapora una buona cena in compagnia.

Raggiungibile a 20 minuti circa a piedi da Albogasio superiore (650 metri a piedi, dislivello (dal posteggio) 200 metri ca). Posteggi gratuiti ai piedi della salita. La casa si trova vicino alla Svizzera e a Porlezza e non è distante dal lago e da alcuni rinfrescanti fiumi (bisogna scendere dalla salita per raggiungerli). Dalla baita partono alcune interessanti escursioni. Disponibilità SPA (mag-set).

In the ancient-flavored nucleus of Albogasio, in Valsolda, about 100 meters from the lake shore and 200 mt from the parking place, it can only be reached on foot. The cobbled and uphill street is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking or who want the convenience of parking under the house. Two-room apartment on the first floor without lift, in a dominant and sunny position, has a double bedroom, lounge with single sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with small bathtub.

Die Maisonettewohnung mit grosser Terrasse liegt in Gandria direkt am Ufer des Lago di Lugano. Die Sicht und der direkte Zugang zum See verzaubert zu jeder Jahreszeit. Die Wohnung besitzt einen eigenen Eingang mit direktem Zugang in die offene Küche und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Aussicht zum See. Bei schönem Wetter verweilen unsere Gäste auf der Terrasse zum See oder genießen den Schatten im Innenhof. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Blick zum See. Cafes und Restaurants sind nebenan.
