Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Alcoa

This is without a doubt the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The amenities were amazing, and we had no lack of things to do! The kitchen was fully stocked when we arrived, full of snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. The bathrooms were like hotel bathrooms, with cabinets full of disposable toothbrushes and razors, plus hotel soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the showers. It was very spacious, and we all slept comfortably as the beds were all large, comfortable and clean. The details of the space were immaculate, as it all fit the theme, and demonstrated the city of Knoxville well! It’s within walking distance of Market Square, the Tennessee Theater, and a large portion of Downtown Knoxville! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for the place! It made my wedding weekend so much better than it already was!!

Anna's place was perfect for us. The location, very close to UTK, was exactly what we wanted. We did a lot of walking. Anna stocked her place with everything we needed and more. Her answers to our questions were spot on. It was very nice to have parking too! We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Knoxville! Thanks, Anna!

We can’t say enough about our stay. Gregory and the family were so kind and comfortable to talk to. Communication was excellent. The home was outstanding. Everything was very clean, well taken care of, and well stocked. The location is so close to downtown Knoxville but you don’t feel like it. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We loved everything about our stay there and this will be our go to place for our trips to Knoxville.

This is my second time staying at John’s place. It was just as I remembered it. Very peaceful and private. He was super quick to respond and had everything we needed. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

Vickie's private studio was an absolute gem! The pictures truly don't do this place justice; it's even more charming and comfortable in person. We were immediately struck by how peaceful and quiet the apartment was, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of traveling to Knoxville. Vickie herself was an outstanding host and an amazing person – warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Her place is the gold standard for what every Airbnb experience should be: immaculately clean, well-appointed, and hosted by someone who genuinely cares about her guests' comfort. We cannot recommend this studio enough and will definitely be staying with Vickie again on our next trip to Knoxville!

Susan's place was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. It was extremely pet friendly and really appreciated all the special touches. Will definitely book again when were in the area.

We had a wonderful time… The place was clean and very close to everything that we needed. We loved the extra effort taken into giving us popcorn and the blueberry muffins at arrival. The water pressure was incredible. The bed was comfortable. All the amenities were awesome. Our next trip to Knoxville… We will be back.

Tony and Barb's guest apartment was cozy, quiet and pleasant. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed available to us, although Barb offered to provide anything else we may need. (There were even bagels and spreads in the 'fridge!) The kitchen is small but offers all full-size appliances, even including a dishwasher. All cooking supplies are supplied as well. The apartment was easy to find, and getting to other places we needed to go (grocery store, restaurant) was convenient. The living room and bedroom are comfortable, and an ample-sized screened porch would be a nice place to relax and enjoy the peaceful back yard. All necessary amenities are available including FireTV and WiFi. It would be a comfortable place for an extended stay. It had the quaint feel of staying at grandma's place but with no dust or clutter!

Perfect little cottage!! This exquisite home has so much beauty and detail. Unlike most rental properties, we have everything we could’ve needed-including cleaning supplies, coffee, extra linens and more. Beds were wonderful (which is always a plus). Host was super responsive and accommodating. Back yard perfect for any age. Such a relaxing weekend that felt like home! Would absolutely book again…

We've stayed at this location several times..it suits our large family and is close to our local family. The house is beautiful and fully stocked. The view is great and my grandsons love swimming and fishing off the dock. We hope to return. Glenn is great to work with and you can definitely see the care he has for the property.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and felt safe the entire time. There were a couple minor stains on the sheets when we arrived, but we washed them before and after — not a big deal at all and didn’t affect our experience. Super convenient location — only about an $8 Uber to downtown. Overall, 5 stars and would absolutely stay again!

Although the street noise was continous all night we were so tired from all the running we fell asleep anyways. Very close to the University and downtown we would stay here again. Host left a few snacks on the counter, my kids were very grateful.

I was in town for a wedding and this Airbnb was in the perfect location. The place was super clean and had all the essentials and really great water pressure. It was close to the expressway too which was convenient. I would love to stay again if back in the area!

There are 2 beautiful houses on the property which work perfectly for traveling with extended family and friends or for rental of only one of the houses. The houses are new and thoughtfully designed for family living and relaxation inside and out - the decks are huge and make perfect extensions of the living space! Children of any age would love the place and the back entrances of the houses are accessible for people with limited mobility. Our toddlers loved the creek running through the property and the waterfall and fire pit areas are marvelous. The kitchens were wonderfully stocked with dishes and cooking pots and pans - even an air fryer! There was an old style arcade video game mounted to the wall in both houses - fun! We made day trips to the mountains and enjoyed family dinners on the porches. This is the perfect vacation spot and we will definitely be sharing the location with others and coming back ourselves! Beautiful place to stay with an incredible view. It was quiet and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle in Gatlinburg below. If you’re not afraid of heights, you’re on the top!

He was even able to accommodate my request for an early check-in as I had a function to attend that night and needed to get ready. Overall, it was a very pleasurable weekend . Despite the location above a busy intersection and restaurant, was reasonably quiet at night. Through, the periodic train passing through will wake you up each night.

The space was clean and the hosts had clear instructions. The bed was very comfortable. Nice location as well; you can walk to restaurants in Gatlinburg.
