Holiday rentals with beach access in Alcudia beach

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux ! Joana est d'une gentillesse rare, toujours disponible, réactive et d'une grande honnêteté. Son appartement est tout simplement superbe : décoré avec goût, impeccablement propre et idéalement situé, les pieds dans l'eau. Un vrai coin de paradis que je recommande les yeux fermés !

We had a great time and would recommend this flat and Miguel as a host. A nice location just at the beach with kitesurfing opportunities directly at your house. Very quiet, which is a big advantage of being located a bit outside the area of Alcúdia (so a car or bicycle is recommended to make most of the gorgeous surroundings). We loved this place as a starting point for cycling as well. The flat is as beautiful as on the pictures seen already. We’d love to come back one day!

The stay in the apartment was great. Everything was as described. You can go from the apartment to the beach or to the next places by bus.Antoni is a very nice host and was always available. Thanks for the stay Antoni :)

Maria’s apartment was fabulous, right across from the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops only a short walk away. Such a beautiful view to enjoy each day. The apartment had everything we needed. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but Maria couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful, all of which was resolved within hours of reporting the problem. Highly recommend.

excelente el apartamento!! la vista es un espectáculo, todo super limpio, la cama muy cómoda y te dan toallas para la playa. el lugar es muy tranquilo y con un montón de servicios cerca, la playa enfrente muy bonita. Pasamos hermoso!

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt! Der Check-in war einfach und flexibel – besser geht’s nicht. Schon vor der Anreise haben wir umfangreiche Infos bekommen, was uns die Planung sehr erleichtert hat. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top – ruhig (trotz Straße vor dem Haus), aber dennoch nah an allem, was man braucht. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, um die Gegend flexibel erkunden zu können. Als radsportbegeistertes Paar war die Unterkunft für uns der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für viele tolle Touren. Die Region bietet fantastische Strecken, und wir haben jede Menge unternommen. Auch kulinarisch waren wir begeistert – in der Nähe gibt es mehrere ausgezeichnete Restaurants. Alles in allem ein stimmiger Aufenthalt, den wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können. Vielen Dank!

Our family of 6 stayed in this large apartment for 10 days. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, modern, well-appointed and ideally located. The kitchen is large and accesses the laundry area on one end, and has a table for 4 on the other end. It has everything you would want in a kitchen. The dining living room is very large, with a long table that seats 8 and a big sofa, chairs and tv. It opens to a balcony. The master bedroom suite is private and large, has a large bathroom and dressing area, and opens to a balcony. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and share a bathroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. The apartment has a large entrance area very close to elevators. The apartment is extremely close the beach, restaurants, shops, boating, beach fun such as paddle boards and the like, and several high quality carnival-type activities. Our hosts were great, being helpful and responsive from reservation for check-out. Our stay was an excellent experience.

The apartment was clean and tidy and matched the description. Overall we had a very comfortable stay. It was great that all the rooms had aircon, however it was a little loud at night. What really makes this place stand out is the location and the fantastic view. You are 30 seconds from everything that Port de Pollenca has to offer. It is really worth getting up for sunrise and doing the Pine walk followed by a morning swim! We would definitely stay here again, the only thing I can suggest is that the apartment would benefit from some more utensils/ equipment.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez notre hôte à deux pas de la très belle plage de Muro et à quelques dizaines de minutes de marche en bord de mer du centre de Alcudia ( accessible aussi très facilement en bus ) : c’est le paradis pour des vacances au bord de la mer ou en montagne (rando et vélo ) tout est proche et accessible avec de magnifiques paysages, villes et villages environnants. Quant à la maison elle est splendide (très bien décorée et son jardin est superbe) pratique et agréable à vivre et bien équipée à l intérieur comme à l extérieur (de nombreux salons de jardins en terrasses , ombragés , au soleil ou les pieds dans l herbe sont accessibles en fonction des moments de la journée ainsi qu espace Abrité autour du barbecue très accueillant. On se sent chez soi et On peut y passer des vacances avec des petits enfants (chambres pensées pour et espaces jeux et tout est de plain-pied ) . Les hôtes sont très accueillants et réactifs à tout instant .merci !

Had a lovely stay with 3 girl friends. The beach was so close and it was beautiful to wake up and walk there under 5 minutes every day. The hosts were great in answering any questions we had. Highly recommend.

L'appartamento è fornito di ogni confort. Ottima la pulizia e la posizione, isolata come piace a me. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di piacevole relax. Jaume è stato sempre reattivo e cordiale. Un ottimo rifugio nel quale tornare sicuramente. La strada per arrivare non è asfaltata, ma è sufficiente fare attenzione e non si corre alcun pericolo di rovinare la macchina. FORTEMENTE CONSIGLIATO

I have never had such an incredible airbnb before. You directly feel home and the entire area outside is hudge!! Perfect for family’s and friends. Thanks for everything!

We had to find a place last minute to stay as our felt through and I cannot say how lucky we were to find this place. extremely clean and probably one of the best AIRBNB we have stayed -we travel a lot-. They go above and beyond to provide everything you need. the location is amazing. our favorite beach was less than 10 minute car ride. we had a problem with the remote of one of the bedrooms AC units and the owner came right away to provide a new one. Juan, also, was very patient with me as I didn't read all the check in instructions accurately 🙃 and he was on the phone with us answering all our questions even after hours. The place not only is extremely clean, very well restocked of plates, cups, kitchen utensils, pans, plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lots of very helpful small appliances, hangers for your clothes, but also located in an amazing spot. you can see the best sunsets and sunrises. We cannot recommend this place more.

La casa de Miquel y Rosa no sería tan buena si ellos no fueran los dueños. Tuvieron la amabilidad de esperarnos incluso llegando tarde por un retraso de nuestro vuelo. Fueron cordiales y dejaron muchas cosas en nuestro recibimiento. La casa brillaba de limpio (creo que jamás habíamos estado en un Airbnb tan limpio). Es cómoda y espaciosa para una familia (nosotros éramos 4 adultos y dos pequeños niños). Con respecto a la ubicación, es cómoda para caminar a la zona céntrica de Can Picafort, y a 3 minutos andando de la playa. En caso que te muevas por toda la isla como nosotros, está a 200 metros de la carretera que te lleva a muchos otros lugares de Mallorca. Se puede aparcar en la puerta (al menos durante Junio, no sé cómo será en temporada más alta). Definitivamente volveremos y recomendamos enérgicamente este alojamiento. Todo perfecto! Insgesamt ein tolles Haus. Es ist gross und sehr sauber. Wir haben insbesondere den Whirlpool sehr geschätzt. Für die Sauna war es uns bei dem schönen Wetter etwas zu warm. Morgens und Abends am grossen Tisch draussen zu sitzen war sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist toll, zu Fuss in 2 Minuten beim Eroski und etwa 5 Minuten bis zum sehr schönen Strand. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir hätten uns in der Küche etwas mehr Ausstattung gewünscht (Geschirr etc. ist alles eher knapp bemessen, wenn man mit 5-6 Personen dort ist), sind aber auch damit im Endeffekt dann gut klar gekommen :-). Antoni war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit wenn etwas fehlte. Er hatte auch viele Infos und Tipps was es in der Umgebung gibt. Ein guter, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Die Unterkunft war für uns als Gruppe wirklich super. Es war alles sauber und es gab super viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Es war genau das vorhanden, was Catalina auch in ihrer Beschreibung stehen hat. Die Mücken sind durch den See bisschen penetrant, aber darauf waren wir vorbereitet. Die Kommunikation lief super.

Appartement confortable et spacieux avec une vue exceptionnelle, parfait pour un séjour reposant. Xesca est une hôte très agréable et attentionnée. Tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour passer un séjour merveilleux.

We rented a car and drove from Palma. It was a pleasant drive and easy to find and park. Mabel met us there and showed us the place. It was clean, spacious, and well appointed. We prepared several meals there rather than eating out so we could enjoy some local fresh food. The neighborhood was very quiet which we liked but everything is close. Mabel’s suggestions of things to see nearby were helpful. Easy walk to restaurants, the beach, and some very picturesque coves. We were there for nine nights and did not want to leave.

This property is excellent we were adults 3 & stayed for 5 nights. Every little detail had been thought of & the property was spotless on arrival. Antoni was the perfect host very quick to respond. Excellent bed linen & towels even beach towels provided. Beautiful equipped kitchen we made the most of the coffee machine & wonderful to have the water dispenser & 20 litres of water at no extra cost. The pool was great & wonderful to have a choice of places to sit & sunbath in private. Short walk to beach & restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Wir haben uns zum zweiten Mal für diese schöne Unterkunft aufgrund der super Lage, der tollen Terrasse und der Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften entschieden. Toni hat uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen, war immer erreichbar und vor allem hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir schon viel früher einchecken konnten. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, vorausgesetzt, dass das Apartments frei wird. Wir können jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Our stay with Pedro was absolutely fantastic! He is an incredibly friendly and attentive host who went above and beyond to make our trip special. Pedro was a lifesaver, helping us organize a memorable birthday party at Tobogan. His communication was excellent; he was always quick to respond and checked in on us often to ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself was perfect, stocked with all the essentials and in a brilliant location just a short walk from the beach and public transport. We couldn't have asked for a better host or a more comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem sehr sauberen Apartment. Der Panoramablick ist fantastisch und die Wohnung ist wirklich so wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Ausstattung inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind wunderbar und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der frische Duft der Bettwäsche und der Handtücher waren ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Wir würden diese Wohnung jedem empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Het was een fijne plaats om te verblijven, op loopafstand van het strand. Het appartement klopte met de beschrijving en was keurig. Dank dat we hier mochten verblijven!
