Great and modern apartment perfectly located in the heart of Goksøyr with a private shortcut up to the mountain and the puffins. You can't live any closer to the birds. The apartment is sparkling clean. New kitchen, fully equipped including induction cooktop, fridge+freezer, and dishwasher. Nice living room with TV and fast wifi. Fresh bathroom. Welcome to our new holiday house. This is one of a few house that is completely at sea side in this region. It's a great place for just relaxing, and enjoying the fabulous view, but also an excellent starting point for sightseeing, hiking, swimming or fishing in the fjord/river. Skiing and several other activities are easily available in the area, dependig on season. Excelent for couple and family(s) with kids. Private access to the fjord. 800m walk to restaurants and shops.

Sæbøneset gard ligg plassert i Hjørundfjorden i Ørsta kommune. "Gamlehuset" ligg plassert sentralt på gardstunet, og er utstyrt med alle fasiliteter du treng. Tunet har ingen gjennomgangstrafikk. Garden ligg like ved sjøen og har egen havn, naust, bålplass m.m., og er i gangavstand til Sæbø sentrum.

Walking distance ( 15min) to the famous Ålesund City center with its Jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all visitors. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house.
