Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Das Haus liegt in perfekter Lage. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Beau petit chalet typique avec une décoration locale, de trolls de toute sorte. Une vue magnifique sur le fjord du balcon de la chambre. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Une belle adresse à recommander.

Wat een mooi huis, het staat goed omschreven in de advertentie. De tuin is prachtig met uitzicht op zee. We hebben heerlijk op de veranda gezeten en genoten van de ☀️. Het eiland straalt rust uit, het is er heerlijk om te wandelen en te fietsen. Wij zijn super enthousiast over deze geweldige (rustige) locatie met fantastisch uitzicht 😍🥰

Marion’s place is a little slice of heaven! Such an amazing view over the fjord, this rustic yet cosy, comfortable home has with everything we needed… (including fluffy towels- a very welcome change!) We enjoyed some down time from our busy holiday schedule, and loved soaking up the location - from coffee by the lounge windows,; a read on the patio, cozying up with blankets. Marion has truly thought of enerything. The laundry in the bathroom is probably the most functional one we’ve had on out travels. A quick 10 min drive to town too to cafes and supermarket, and of course the gondola for amazing fjord views Lastly , Marion was a lovely responsive host, very helpful with local recommendations. If we ever find ourselves in this part of the world - we will definitely stay again!

Had a wonderful stay here. Living room was comfortable. Great view and easy walk to the centrum. Able to do a load of laundry which was great. Comfortable beds. Would recommend!

Vi sjekket inn i det koselige huset på onsdag ettermiddag, og følte oss raskt hjemme. Her var koselig å være, gode rene fasiliteter, gode senger og en deilig utsikt. Vi tilbrakte flotte dager ved havgapet og kommer helt klart til å velge Siv Ulla sitt hus igjen ved senere anledning. Tusen takk 🤩🙏🏽

Unser Kurzurlaub in Melanies Haus war sehr schön. Alles war wie beschrieben, die Aussicht ist wirklich sehr außergewöhnlich und wir hatten an Silvester Nordlichter und Sternschnuppen zum Feuerwerk. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet von der Küche über Bäder (+ Sauna) bis zum Kamin und Entertainment. Auch alles vorbildlich sauber. Ebenfalls gibt es viele schöne Attraktionen im Umkreis von 1-2 Stunden Fahrt. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist das hochfahren zur Hütte bei starkem Schnee und Eis, was Melanie aber natürlich nicht zu verantworten hat. Trotz gutem Räumdienst und Schneeketten kann es im Winter mit normalen nicht-Allrad Fahrzeugen zu Problemen kommen. Grade wenn man nachts an- oder abreisen muss, wenn der Räumdienst Feierabend hat. Ansonsten war alles perfekt und wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Nous avons tout aimé dans l’appartement : l’emplacement (à 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville), la décoration, les équipements, les belles terrasses et la magnifique vue sur les montagnes environnantes depuis le salon.

Gehele beneden verdieping tot je beschikking. Ruimte bevat een grote keuken met koelkast (diepvries staat in een losse ruimte en konden we ook gebruiken), oven, fornuis, magnetron en vaadwasser. Daarnaast 2 aparte slaapkamers, losse badkamer en een heerlijk balkon met zon. De buitenruimte om het huis heen is echt heerlijk. Alle rust en ruimte die je maar kunt wensen. Onze hond mocht mee en heeft zich prima vermaakt en lekker kunnen rennen over de velden. In de buurt zijn wat leuke hikes te doen, mooie uitzichten maar wel steil natuurlijk. De ferry over het fjord is bereikbaar binnen 10 minuten, ideaal dus. Absoluut een aanrader om hier te verblijven als je van rust en ruimte houdt.

Lars’s place sets a high bar for Air BnBs! This place was decorated with a clean, elegant, modern style. It had the perfect balance of detail and space which allowed us to feel at home and have the ability to spread out and unpack to our comfort level. We also had the best sleep of our entire trip in this bed! The blackout curtains are very effective and the bed and room are very cozy and clean. We didn’t need the extra bedroom, but it seemed nice. The bathroom was warmed up and clean- like a modern sauna! The shower was hot with great pressure and nice soap, shampoo and conditioner were provided. The kitchen had everything we needed to cool a meal and we really enjoyed the coffee. I especially liked the nook overlooking the water- it was a perfect spot for reflection. The location was very peaceful and quiet too! Lars was a great and communicative host. I hope we can come back someday!

Hübsche, geräumige Wohnung. Super ausgestattet, modern und gemütlich. Schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation. Für unsere Pläne in ddr Umgebung, lag die Wohnung optimal - gut zu erreicgen, aber ruhig. Alles wunderbar! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Great place to live at. Town is of course good and cozy and so is the Airbnb. Alex was a great host and responded quickly for doubts or guidance. We are from US and it was just as expected- also, electric car charger. Thanks a lot for this place. Love Ålesund.

Mijn verblijf was 6 weken en ik kijk er positief op terug. Het is een plek waar je echt tot rust kunt komen. De ruimte is erg comfortabel en had alles wat ik nodig had. De natuur en wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt zijn fantastisch. Solgunn is een hele goede gastvrouw. Zeer attent en erg behulpzaam. Ze heeft hele goede tips gegeven en mij uitgenodigd voor wandelingen en activiteiten. Ik kan deze accomodatie aan iedereen aanbevelen!

We have a nice stay here. The house is clean and cozy. It is walking distance to city centre. Easy to find and have a beautiful view. Easy access from road side.The host is very responsive. If you are looking for a nice and good stay, Preben apartment is the right place.

Yael's Villa was exactly what my wife and I needed for a couple nights while exploring Ålesund and the surrounding area. It had everything you need to feel at home and between the deck, the jacuzzi, sauna, and water access, you could stay put and be very happy about it! Yael should teach a masterclass for other Airbnb hosts on how to make their guests feel welcome and valued. He was incredibly helpful during our stay and was quick to respond any time I sent a message. His homemade sauna is impressive and a real treat after a long hike or a dip in the frigid weather. He charges a few bucks to use it to help with electric which is completely understandable. Can't say enough nice things about Yael and the time my wife and I spent at his place. Close to a bus stop that will get you into city center, but if you have a car and want to drive in, that's easy too. Don't pass this place up!

Das Haus ist super und hat eine fantastische Lage mit einer großartigen Aussicht. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und haben es sehr genossen. Besonders der Wintergarten ist bei nicht so gutem Wetter ein Traum. Wir würden es aug jede Fall nochmal buchen.

Vi hadde eit veldig fint opphald. Nydelig hage med mange ulike soner. Flott beliggenhet og utsikt. Hyggelig og behjelpelig vert. God plass i huset.

Geweldig huis, mooie ruimtes, voorzieningen en stijlvol. Uitzicht is echt geweldig.

Det var et veldig flott opphold i et nydelig hus. Herlig solfylt terrasse de dagene det var pent vær. Veldig fint at huset er så nære flotte turområder. Det var svært god kommunikasjon med verten. Vi er kjempefornøyd med alt.

This is a special place! Best of everything Norway has to offer. Quaint island community, a perfect peaceful getaway with easy and scenic drives to Alesund (15mins) or day trips to Loen, Stryn, and Geiranger. Traveled with another family and all had our own spaces, with beautiful accommodations, well appointed & extremely clean. The neighbor kids immediately greeted our two children and fast friends were made. We would sit outside on the deck or pier and listen to sounds of kids laughing and having fun everywhere, pulling fish, snails or crabs out of the water over & over again or playing at the local playground. Not to mention the hospitality of the neighbors (homemade strawberry jam, an evening fishing trip, and some local crab claw snacks). And hiking….. the most spectacular views hiking to Storhornet and back down the ridge to the island school. Meanwhile, the adults enjoyed the endless views from nearly every spot outside or inside the house. Core memories made!
