Beautiful little typical chalet with local decoration, trolls of all kinds. A magnificent view of the fjord from the bedroom balcony. Everything you need to cook. A lovely place to recommend.

Marion’s place is a little slice of heaven! Such an amazing view over the fjord, this rustic yet cosy, comfortable home has with everything we needed… (including fluffy towels- a very welcome change!) We enjoyed some down time from our busy holiday schedule, and loved soaking up the location - from coffee by the lounge windows,; a read on the patio, cozying up with blankets. Marion has truly thought of enerything. The laundry in the bathroom is probably the most functional one we’ve had on out travels. A quick 10 min drive to town too to cafes and supermarket, and of course the gondola for amazing fjord views Lastly , Marion was a lovely responsive host, very helpful with local recommendations. If we ever find ourselves in this part of the world - we will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful 3 nights at Iren’s home. My husband and I were amazed with the views from the window and the layout of the home. We really felt right at home. We are very grateful that we got to enjoy such a beautiful home close to the city of Ålesund.

Super great accommodation with breathtaking views! The jacuzzi and the free ferry to Leknes gave our stay the perfect finishing touch. In addition, the Airbnb is very cozy/lovingly furnished and fantastically equipped, including numerous board games and children's toys. The house is really a place to feel at home - even it is only for a few days. The pictures in AirBnB show nothing more than the real beauty of this place. Sometimes the view is even better than on the pics. ;) The farm with the sheep is perfect for kids and please ask Ingvild for Lego - the kids love the box full of fun, especially on rainy days. :) The house itself has everything you need to have a good time at Ingvild and Lasses place. I totally recommend to enjoy a few days on this beautiful, cozy and relaxing place in Sæbø. :)

We were so happy with our 3-night stay at Linda’s home (5 adults). It was a perfect introduction to our Norway vacation. Very clean, quiet, comfortable beds, great shower, everything we needed in the kitchen (though we did not cook anything except a frozen pizza). The view was spectacular and Linda’s gardens were so lovely. She was the perfect hostess…friendly and conversational when engaged but certainly not overshadowing. This was one of my favorite Airbnb stays! Highly recommend! Thank you, Linda!

This apartment is location, location, location. You are right in the center of all you want to see. Check-in was a breeze and our questions were answered promptly. We were both very comfortable there. Restaurant recommendations were fantastic and just a block away.

Robert's place is very nice - it's a separate flat in a larger family house, with separate entrance from the garden. Located in a very calm, quiet residential area, with a supermarket and bus stops to and from Alesund center very close. The apartment has a kitchen/living room, a bedroom with big, comfy bed and a bathroom. All the amenities are there - electric kettle, microwave, oven, even a washing machine which is useful for those staying for longer. The apartment is well kept and clean. There is a small, quiet garden outside, with a bench! Great for evening relaxation. Communication with Robert is excellent, he responds very quickly and in a very friendly manner. In short, we loved his place and I think we were lucky that it was available for our stay.

This place was perfect for our needs. Group of six. Came in for one night. Able to make a great dinner the kitchen. Great nights sleep. Easy access to the via feratta. Would stay agin! Great place.

We had a very good stay here! The apartment had everything we needed – it was clean, central, and in a quiet area. It was also very convenient with parking in the basement and charging for the electric car. Extra plus for board games and short distance to the store! An unforeseen problem arose during the stay, which was beyond anyone's control, but the host handled the situation quickly and resolved it in a way that benefited everyone. Communication with the host was good throughout the stay. Definitely recommend this place further!
