Hello 👋🏼 My apartment is in the old town. It's close to the train station and the city center. Annecy is small, so you can easily access the lake from my place. You'll appreciate the comfort, space, location, decor, and old-world charm combined with a modern style, especially the Lego kitchen and exposed beams. Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

Notre appartement au coeur du village d' Alex est parfait pour visiter la région d'Annecy. Il est idéalement situé entre lac d'Annecy (6 min) et les stations de ski du Grand bornand, La Clusaz (20 min) Au départ de nombreuses randonnées pédestres, cyclistes et à deux pas de sites renommés de parapente, Alex est un charmant village. L'appart est orienté Est, il est accolé à notre maison mais l'entrée est totalement indépendante. //Actuellement la ferme en face est en rénovation// Bienvenue!

Notre chalet orienté sud ouest est situé au chef lieu de notre charmant petit village de Dingy St Clair. Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 canapé convertible). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. In beautiful villa very close to the lake and ultra residential area: comfortable and beautiful studio of 24 m2 totally independent with entrance and secure private parking, (no space shared with the owner), access to pool prohibited, kitchen, shower toilet sink, TV, wifi. On foot: lake, mountain, beach, village, restaurants, bike rental. Annecy 10 minutes by car. Beautiful mountain view and castle Menthon saint Bernard. Happiness guaranteed with everything at hand.

Vous êtes les bienvenus dans ma maison Savoyarde située entre le lac d'Annecy (5 min) et les montagnes, les stations de ski des Aravis (30 min). Vous pourrez vous rafraîchir dans la piscine et utiliser le barbecue. Vue magnifique sur les montagnes ! Ma maison est idéalement située pour la pratique des sports nautiques et sports d'hiver, pour les randonnées pédestres, cyclistes, mais aussi pour la détente et admirer les beaux paysages Savoyards.
