Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Alexander City

We had another great stay at Eagle’s Nest! The house had everything we needed, and the lake view is beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor and indoor games, kayaks, and fire pit. Looking forward to next time!

We spent 4 nights together with our family. Justine’s place was perfect for the family to gather in the open living room/kitchen area. The sofas had several recliners and plenty of seating for the 11 of us. My parents use walkers and the first floor was easy for them to move about. The main floor bathrooms have walk in showers and rails in the toilet area. In addition, there were 2 lift recliners for those needing help standing from sitting position. The upstairs was great for the young adults to hang out later at night. Overall we loved Justine’s place and are planing on visiting again in the near future. Oh, the sunsets are gorgeous!! Amazing place with wonderful dock ! Great kitchen if you are going to be cooking! Love that there were not lots of stairs to climb or steep incline to get to water!

The host was very friendly and accommodating. The house was very clean and beautiful. The host supplied so many extra things like board games, towels, toiletries , trash bags, and more which was so nice . The fire place on the back porch was my favorite for the cool mornings . We have already booked another trip for June of this year and we cant wait ….

We had an amazing short trip for father's day weekend the host was very nice and responded very fast this house was amazing very comfortable for my whole family had beds for everyone and the fun downstairs tv and game tables perfect foe the kiddos we had so much fun at the lake on the pier for swimming and fishing very short walk down the kids absolutely love the swim lily and smores by the fire pit we couldn't ask for a better place i would say that the driveway is a bit steep and my brother brought his bought and got to the house and couldn't turn around anywhere up there the friendly neighbors helped get him turned around its was a bit difficult but got it done other thin that all was perfect definitely would book again

The house is super clean has a bunch of TV's and is very spacious. The pool is big and has a very nice area outside, The lake is a 30-second walk from the backyard. Overall it was a great stay and if I was in the area I would definitely enjoy spending some time back in the BNB

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hilltop Getaway. Not only was the home beautiful and functional with plenty of space, but it was clean and well stocked for all of our needs for our stay. The outdoor space and the addition of the covered dock was the perfect place to spend the weekend. Michael was friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns. Would love to stay again sometime.

We enjoyed our stay at Justin’s place. It was well situated for the sites we wanted to see. We had one of the best meals we have ever had at Perrenial Restaurant on Mulberry St. Highly recommend it.

We have stayed numerous times at Close Quarters. It is the place to stay if cleanliness and comfort is at the top of your list. It is as beautiful as it is in the photos and located in a quiet little town. You are in driving distance to Cheaha State Park, AND Lake Wedowee. Shauna is the perfect host.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Cupcake House. From the moment we arrived, Nita and Fred were very welcoming, the house was spotlessly clean, and the bed was comforable. The house’s location was perfect – close to all the local attractions. The amenities was prepared very well with thoughtful touches. It exceeded our expectations in each and every way, could not recommend this place highly enough! Absolutely a lovely place, you can feel the love and care Nita and Fred put into the house. It really feels like home! Thank you for having us! Ps: the cupcakes nextdoor are amazing!

My family and I loved our stay at Lake Martin. Brian was extremely helpful and stayed in constant communication to answer any questions. The condo was in excellent condition and was beautifully decorated. The views were fantastic. The neighbors were all very friendly. One gentleman was so nice to let my son feed the turtles and fish (It made his day).

We had a great stay at this place . It is very spacious and at a great location too ! The end room (the master) was not warm enough to sleep on the first night . The weather got better on the second day so we could sleep in that room the second night . May be if the host could check on the air vent or heaters for that room that would make the stay warm and cozy when the weather outside gets crazy cold . Other than that everything else was nice !

Every detail—from the comfortable beds and quality linens to the charming outdoor area—was so well thought out. We’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs, and this one ranks at the top.
