The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and Wi-Fi available. On the property there is a gym with ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to dispose of. Summertime there is also a heated swimming pool. An additional home in large apartment can also be rented.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home right by the sea. The cottage has a villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, convection oven and stove with induction stove etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Take a forest walk and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe, and 2 SUP-board are available to borrow.

The lower floor is completed and contains an entrance, hall, kitchen, living room, bedroom and outdoor terrace with a gas grill. On our farm you live in a scenic location with close distance to many of Hälsingland's sights and attractions. About 400 meters from the farm runs Galvån with good opportunities for fishing and swimming. There is also a wood-fired sauna that can be used. Hälsingeleden for hiking is nearby

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. The farmhouse is located about 2 kilometers outside Söderhamn with proximity to the sea. The farmhouse has all the amenities that may be needed in a home and is equally suitable for families or couples who are single, workers or vacationers. Coffee, tea, oil and spices are available for guests and final cleaning is included in the award. Warm welcome!

Cozy fully furnished little cabin in our garden. 18 sq meters studio style cottage. Terrace on veranda, privacy, wifi and private router, easy parking, 2,5km to Ockelbo center, 4km to Wij trädgårdar. Pets allowed under strict conditions. Not suited for infants, toddlers or kids.
