A short walk (500 meters) away is the inner city with its characteristic ring wall and only 700 meters away is the east center. Older bicycles are available for lending. Note: Almedalen week is only rented for a full week! Studio room with kitchenette, single beds ( different levels see pictures). Access to laundry room right outside the front door. Party beds are discarded as this is a quiet family home.

The kitchen consists of kitchen island, dishwasher and dining table with space for six people. There is a bedroom with a 180 bed and good storage. Bathroom with washer and dryer. If desired, there are 2 beds in the living room. Patio facing the park and access to grill. There is also access to private parking just outside as well.

Parking is included and the car can well remain as Visby's amusements and experiences are reached on foot. Bed linens are included. Bath towels and towels are included. I want the bath sheets to stay in the apartment and you are going to the beach to bring your own bath towel. Cleaning is not included but can be purchased.

Now there are 5 apartments completely newly renovated with all the comforts.
