Our family had a lovely stay at this Airbnb. The pool was the highlight (especially during a cold and rainy spring break week) but the whole house was cozy and extremely well stocked for cooking and entertainment. Jill was a great communicator and offered us early check in and late check out. Lake Michigan is minutes away. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

This place is absolutely beautiful! Beds were comfy and had everything we needed. Pool was warm and had floats and towels right there. The porch was great and the massage chair even better. The host responded fast to any questions we had. Was close to so much as well. Would stay here again for sure.

We had a great time at Porch Time over Memorial Day weekend! The place is right on the lake, which made for a wonderful view. Four of us stayed with our two dogs. The cabin was clean and cozy, and it had everything we needed. The backyard is even better than the pictures—perfect for hanging out, and we loved using the kayaks to get out on the water. Mornings on the porch with coffee and evenings around the fire pit were the perfect way to relax. We ate across the street at sunset grill which was recommended by Scott and was delicious. If you’re looking for a laid-back spot to hang out on the lake, Porch Time is a great pick. We’d love to come back!

Our stay was great. We loved the view on the lake and beautiful sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked. Dana was proactive and very responsive!

6 adults shared the house, it was just as advertised, clean, private, comfortable, plenty of room for all of us. The location was perfect, right on the lake, plenty of food, drink and outdoor activities just a short drive away. We had a very enjoyable family reunion here and would recommend staying here to anyone. Communication with the hosts was excellent, responses were made quickly and accurately. Thanks Erin for a really good time!

Peaceful retreat . host where easy to communicate and work with.

We loved the peaceful surroundings in the country, but not too far from Sturgeon Bay. Fun to use the fire pit! Good night lights at strategic spots, well supplied full service kitchen & laundry facilities, comfortable bed, good to have our dog with us. Only drawback for some would be not having a bathroom on the bedroom level. The stairs have good handrails.

We rented Blue Bird Landing for a short girls weekend. The home was immaculate, well-organized and well supplied. The home is so cute and beautifully decorated. Angela was proactive in alerting us of the ins and outs for the area, the construction and what to expect. She is a Super Host in the truest sense. Would absolutely rent again. Our only suggestion is to add a blender to the small appliances available.

Exactly the little getaway my pups and I needed. Everything was lovely. This was the first time during an airbnb stay I found myself checking the calendar during the stay to check future availability. Can't wait to go back!

Dan & Beth said they wanted us to feel at home and we certainly did! We had 7 adults in our group & we talked about the house & cost to stay there. We all agreed it was absolutely worth every cent. Dan couldn’t have been more helpful whenever we reached out with a question. Being right on the beach was magical. Fires at night with a plentiful supply of dry wood was a nice surprise! Anything you could possibly think of was at our disposal! Even the refrigerator was pristine, which in my experience, doesn’t always happen in a rental. We will miss Sandvik house!

I am writing to express my gratitude for a truly exceptional experience during our stay. It was a "10/10" experience, and they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Our children had little welcome treats upon arrival and provided items to make s'mores by the campfire, which was a lovely touch. If you are ever in the area, we would absolutely recommend staying here.

The property was exactly how described and the hosts were top notch. It is a wonderful property with so much space and all the comforts of home. It is also perfectly located - close to the parks which were amazing for my dog as well as close to egg harbor, fish creek and sister bay. A wonderful time in a truly relaxing spaces.

very cozy & nice place close to town. 7 of us stayed there, 3 couples and one toddler. we were all very comfortable and enjoyed using the fire pit. We had to source our own firewood, but that's okay. The place was very clean and smelled nice. It had all the amenities that one could ask for. The only negative thing I would say is that it can be tricky to find in the dark and it's one of three houses on the same driveway. (it's the one on the left when you pull in.) there are big flags/banners on the driveway entrance to help you see it from the road. I would stay here again. good place for the price.

Ruth and Joseph were easy to interact with. Always quick and super nice. I stay in Airbnbs for the kitchen and location. This kitchen has the entire list of necessary dishes, pots and pans and absolutely no seasonings except salt and pepper. I didn't find any baggies or plastic wrap. Good coffee machines. Had to ask for good tea, which they supplied same day. Would have appreciated little packets of half & half instead of Creamer. These are the amenities I find in really experienced hosts. I did though find great chocolate bars! And the place is very large and nicely appointed. Bathroom huge for an Airbnb. Quiet neighborhood but the insulation between upper floor and this ground floor is pretty bad so you hear anyone walking in the unit above. The area is very walkable to the bus system if you don't have a car.

We enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space for each of us girls on our girls trip/bachelorette weekend. Comfortable and cute design. Loved the concept. The wildlife around made it feel even more like a little storybook fairytale shire home :)

We had an awesome time at Paradise of the North, and definitely recommend it to everyone! We got the whole family together, 8 adults in total, and had a very comfortable stay while we explored Sturgeon Bay and the rest of Door County. The property is beautiful, located on an idyllic farm with absolutely serene landscapes all around. There are a large number of bedrooms in the house, and each with its own private bathroom! We easily could have had 10 people and it still would have felt roomy and comfortable. The kitchen and dining room are fantastic for preparing and serving meals as a family. Donna is an excellent host. She’s very friendly and made sure the property was in great shape and that we had everything we needed. She even helped decorate the house to help us celebrate birthdays. This is a perfect spot for weddings, family reunions, birthdays, or any other event where you want to get a lot of people together to share a space. We look forward to coming back!
