Small and cozy is our "sea heart" (23 sqm), which is only 200m from the swimming spot on the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. Indoor swimming pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. See you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6am to 10pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 November weeks), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round every day from 6 am to 10 pm.

The comfortably furnished holiday apartment is located in the resort town of Radolfzell-Markelfingen. With 3 rooms and 2 large double beds (1.8m), the accommodation can accommodate 4 adults 2-3 small. Children The well-equipped kitchen with granite countertop invites you to cook together. Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. It is also a great starting point for excursions to the beautiful surroundings and interesting destinations. Even in autumn and winter! It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. Here you can transfer to Meersburg by ferry - and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A beautiful long waterfront path or the free, direct bus (approx. 20 min.) leads to the old town.

The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

My apartment in Überlingen is in a very quiet location on Lake Constance. As a guest, you can park directly in front of the apartment. If you want to use public transport, you have a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Feel free to store your wheels. Lake Constance/downtown is about 20 minutes' walk away. You can also have breakfast in a sunny location in front of the apartment. Private parking space for the car and 2 bikes.
