The cozy studio near the lake has a kitchen and shower/toilet. A sunny seating area is available. Sun-seekers can relax in the garden. The jump into the lake is possible in 5 minutes. The famous seaside resort and mini golf can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. Shopping is just around the corner. The bus to the train station and harbor is only 3 minutes away. From our pretty home, you have about 10 to 15 minutes on foot to the center of Kempten. Our beautiful imperial and abbey town invites you with many cafes, restaurants and shopping opportunities. Every Wednesday and Saturday there is a nice weekly market at Hildegardsplatz, near the Lorenzkirche. Despite the proximity to the city, you are right in the countryside with us and can start jogging, hiking and cycling directly.
