The apartment is beautiful and furnished with high quality and a lot of attention to detail. Everything was clean, stylish and well-equipped - you can immediately tell that a lot of value is placed on quality and a feel-good atmosphere. We felt very comfortable from the beginning and were able to fully enjoy the stay. We definitely recommend the apartment and would come back anytime

The house is as it appears in the photos. Everything is very neat and nicely decorated. The quiet area, close to a supermarket and cafes and a few minutes by car from the highway. Spacious parking. Very good and fast communication with the owner. I would repeat. The kitchenware is somewhat scarce.

Great deal for an amazingly spacious centrally located apartment. Can’t emphasize how nice and convenient the neighborhood is. Stefan is a super responsible, responsive, and chill host! Would come back.

Munich was out last stop and choosing Daniel's place was the BEST decision for our weary legs. It is close to everything, the city train, Marienplatz, local market, beer gardens, restaurants, EVERYTHING! We even got tired of eating out so we shopped at the market and cooked. The kitchen is very well kept. This place is a best kept secret! Daniel is VERY responsive at whatever we needed, we appreciated that as this was our first time in Munich. I will always recommend this place to my friends and family should they visit Munich!

Spacious apartment, equipped with everything you need. We were only there for a short time, but we can also recommend the apartment for longer stays.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! The home itself is incredible. The two floors offered a lot of space for our multi-family group. There were plenty of places to tuck away and be alone or gather together. The amenities are extensive and the home also offers a ton of fun extras (games, decorations, climbing walls, net bed, etc). From booking to check out, the owner, Doug, was fantastic. Staying at Doug's Mountain Getaway was truly a special experience. The owner was always quick to respond and helped to set up our trip before we arrived. While staying at the home, he checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and he even provided local recommendations. The little town offered plenty of places to walk to and explore. This place was well worth the money and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful trip!

Good starting point for mountain sports, you can quickly reach the mountains. Beautiful neighborhood for an evening walk. 10/10

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great stay in Garmisch. Really nice place, spacious and well located. Short walk to super market and bus stop for ski lifts. Only this that was a slight issue for us was that two bed rooms were upstairs and one in basement so none of the kids wanted to sleep downstairs in their own.. but that might work well for other guests. Despite this we had a great stay, communication was great, facilities were great and we were even allowed to check in early after an awful journey.

Check-in was very flexible and easy thanks to the videos sent. The house can accommodate plenty of room. We were 12 people (6 adults and 6 children) The amenities left nothing to be desired. Fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, large bathroom (and there were more than enough hand and bath towels) the house is very nice and modern, and everything was very clean. Trampoline, sandbox and other toys for the children. Very quiet location, beach within walking distance. A big thank you to the owner who is always available and very friendly. We would definitely recommend it.

Felt right at home. Peaceful neighborhood within 10 minute walk to station. House was excellent for visitors coming from different locations. Host was very helpful and communication was great. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

The house is very nice and in a quiet area close to the village. There was everything you needed, the kitchen was well stocked and the self check-in was very convenient. Parking in front of the house is also convenient.

Great stay with beautiful views of the mountains. The house had all amenities needed to enjoy a mountain get away and plenty of space for the whole family (plenty of kitchen supplies and firewood). Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

We were accommodated as a large family in the house and everyone enjoyed the stay! There is enough space, everything is spotless clean, high-quality amenities, underfloor heating, etc... really great luxury! In addition, Herbert is a great host, very good communication and really accommodating. In the hot tub you can really relax, overlooking nature. We will be happy to come back!

A wonderful stay! The room and kitchenware were all brand new, clean, and well-equipped. You can enjoy beautiful views right from the house, which made the experience so relaxing. Highly recommended!

The three of us had a far too short stay here. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. We were shown and explained everything. We received cold water and nuts at check-in, which is not a given. The bungalow was perfect, everything was there and we felt comfortable immediately. The pool is very large and we had a lot of fun. The velvet paws were another highlight. It's only a short walk to Friedrichshafen, everything is quickly accessible and yet it's very quiet. We will be happy to come back. 😌

Great hosts! We arrived to get the keys and were treated to beer and food in the refrigerator. The space was great for our purpose with easy access to buses and trains to Octoberfest and Bayern Munich. The space was as promised and they were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a base for exploring the area!!!

My son and I had three wonderful days together in Munich with visits to the Lenbach House, the German Museum, the Kafka event and the English Garden. Thank you, dear Mario, for your hospitality and the shelter you have provided. We will recommend it.

I felt very comfortable in Mathilde's apartment from the first moment. The accommodation is lovingly furnished, very clean and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. I would especially like to highlight Mathilde's warm nature - she was always approachable, regularly inquired whether everything was suitable and gave great tips for excursions and activities. You can feel that she really cares about the well-being of her guests. Bus/train/shops and city center within walking distance. I would love to come back... Unbeatable, of course, is the included Mobilpass with use of public transport and mountain railways!
