Welcome to the lovingly renovated apartment of our 250-year-old half-timbered house. It offers cozy half-timbered charm + modern amenities. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Apartment 93 sqm with roof terrace (up to 4 people)

The apartment on the upper floor has a living area of 93 m². This is divided into three rooms, kitchen, hallway, bathroom with toilet and guest toilet, utility room and a beautiful roof terrace of about 30 m². Underfloor heating is available throughout the apartment. In both bedrooms there is a double bed so that up to 4 people can sleep comfortably there! The kitchen is fully equipped. In the utility room there is a washing machine and a dryer.

It is a newly renovated and bright comfort apartment (approx. 45 square meters) with its own bathroom, a kitchenette and modern basic equipment – ideal for a multi-day professional stay or just to relax over the weekend in the countryside.

Enjoy this stylish space, "Wäller Haus", completely surrounded by a vast natural garden. A place for young and old, where you can relax and spend a wonderful time together. In winter in front of the fireplace and in summer around the BBQ enjoying the sunset. On colder days a campfire keeps you comfortably warm outside.
