On a quiet block (by NYC standards!) but surrounded by all the nightlife you could want: restaurants, bars, concert venues, clubs.

Its a vibrant, diverse place that has so much to do without a lot of hyper activity. I have a friendly cat named Digi that lives in the apartment as well.
