We enjoyed our stay at Richard’s location. The apartment was clean and smelled great. We felt right at home. It was also easy to get to NYC from his space. Would highly recommend. Hope to stay again in the near future.

My sister and I had such an amazing stay at Andrea’s place! We needed a nice place to stay away from the busy city while we attended a concert at Citi Field. Andrea was very accommodating with allowing us entry after our long drive. Check in was easy with the code provided, and there is an extra lock for nighttime for extra security if wanted/needed. The suite was exactly as described. Once we arrived back at the suite we were able to settle into our accommodations with everything we needed from snacks and water, to portable fans and heaters, as well as an air purifier. The suite was in pristine condition and had everything we needed for the night. Andrea was very responsive to all of our needs, and we would gladly stay here again if in the area! Thank you, Andrea!

Mark is a great host. Very responsive and proactive in checking in to see how things are going and if there’s anything you need. The space is very cool—historic and decorated accordingly. Although an older house, kept very clean and in working order which is more than I can say for a lot of the more moderns places nowadays where we’ve stayed. The location is a bit tucked away affording you some nice privacy. Would definitely recommend and great for families as well.

A friend and I stayed at this location for a concert and it was the perfect space for two people. Clean and cozy. AC and ceiling fan also, which allows airflow through our. Parking on site is a little snug but still manageable to get in and out of. Check and check out went smoothly!

Of all the AirBnBs I've stayed in, Andres was the most amazing host. He provided tons of information about the area and even how to use the public transportation. We spent most of our time at Liberty State Park and it was easy to get there via the Light Rail. I'm not a city girl (nor is my family), so I wouldn't necessarily let my teen son walk down the street by himself, but we didn't run into any problems. The house was lovely inside and I think the king bed was amazing! I think we'll have to consider getting one like that for home! Andres provides so much, from information, toiletries, sheets and towels, and even laundry detergent. It was almost like staying in a hotel with all the amenities, but you got a whole house. When local events required us to check in earlier than expected ,Andres was super helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Andres and his home to those looking for a rental in the area.

Me and my wife stayed at Gina’s place for a weekend to visit NYC and see a couple shows! It’s a nice space, and very close to both Newark airport and NYC. We went to Radio city music hall one night for a show and it was only a 40 min drive away. We also saw another show the next night at MetLife stadium, which was only 20 min drive away. Very close to a lot of places around NYC area. The space was very clean and perfect for the two of us, there is a bed big enough for two people to sleep in but they also had a pull out couch that was also very comfortable. Place was very clean and Instructions to check in / out were very simple! Gina is a good communicator and met us when we got there to give us keys and show us how to get in / out of the apartment. Highly recommend for an affordable stay close to NYC !

Eugene was very responsive host and attentive. Ensure placed was cool for arrival since we were checking in late. When we had an issue he was very responsive and quickly addressed it. Overall place is nice and walkable to boonton historic with plenty of coffee shops & restaurants. Plenty of amenities and he put a lot of effort in ensuring you have a great stay. Weather was typical June rain so we did not get to enjoy the beautiful koipond. However you can see it from office, kitchen and bathroom. Highly recommend this place just note that bedrooms and bathroom are all upstairs.

We enjoyed our stay at Tanya’s AirBnB! My friends and I were visiting NYC for some Broadway shows and had an amazing time! Tanya was very responsive, the place matched the listing and was very clean! Would stay again!

The Barn was very nice and peaceful. It was close to restaurants and family. Suited us and our dog very well. The property is right next to a golf course and there is a deer living on the property. We saw a fox one morning as well. We really enjoyed staying at the barn.

Two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. An extensive living room with a large kitchen. Everything is working. Balcony. Washer and dryer. Tranquility. Mattresses in bed comfortable. At the bottom, you can use coffee from the coffee maker. Well equipped gym. Bus access towards NYC - about 8 min on foot. The ticket cost is 6.9 dollars.

This was truly a unique home in a quaint spot in New Rochelle. A friendly neighbor actually knew the original owner who she said was a Buddhist, which makes so much sense. The decor and homeyness was welcoming and intriguing. The house itself is very clean and well laid out for the space. The house is on a corner right next to a park which not a lot of traffic that comes through. The only downside is the lack of parking, the driveway fits one car. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

I enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer in the bathroom. Great location to many good restaurants (walkable). Bed was extremely comfortable. The only negative I have was that the air conditioner was a little loud and the temperature fluctuated between too warm and too cool. Despite the air conditioner issue, I still give it 5 stars.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The beds and furniture were comfortable and space was ample. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the bay. The outdoor facilities were wonderful and very peaceful, the view is wonderful. It is a short train ride to the city and car ride to Jones Beach. John is a wonderful host. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Our stay at Haithum’s home was great! We had 3 couples and small dog in for a wedding near by. His place was extremely clean and nicely renovated. It was very comfortable and great amaenties through out. Plenty of towels and blankets which is not usually the case at most ABnB’s. Haithum was very responsive to the 2 requests we had and took care of them right away. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying here! Very much a 'live like a local' experience - so many wonderful bars, shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Not to mention easy access to the PATH station. A great little slice of Hoboken.

Enjoyed our stay on 4th Street. The apartment is clean and comfortable—a great spot for exploring local eateries and accessing the bus to NYC. And Mei is a responsive host.

Very clean, modern and nicely outfitted with everything we needed. The stairs leading up to the apt are pretty narrow for any folks traveling with big/heavy luggage. Location was incredible.

One word -PERFECT. This place felt exactly like home. We had everything we needed during our stay and even more than we could think of! The floors were clean, bathrooms, beds, everything is tidy. Victor was responsible and quick replying host , he was very nice and friendly! Neighborhood is lovely, we felt safe and loved walking down to our bus station to get to NYC. Pros: Great location with easy access to public transport, safe and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is clean, spacious, and offers plenty of storage. Check-in was smooth and uncomplicated. Dana was friendly and helpful. Free washing machine and dryer available in the building. Cons: The TV was broken, water faucet in the bathroom was not working well, kitchen ventillator was broken, and only very limited dishes faucet, and extractor fan were not repaired during the stay. The kitchen is under-equipped, with only a few dishes available

Shelly and Abe are great hosts, communicative and nice. Their place is well maintained and has a nice rooftop perfect for the warm weather

I had a fantastic stay at this historic brownstone. The host was extremely responsive and gave clear instructions on how to get inside. The place was exactly as described- clean, comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully constructed. I’d absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the bushwick area!!!
