Holiday rentals with a patio in Alsergrund

We had four wonderful days in Gioia's apartment. We didn't miss anything in the apartment, very nicely furnished, you feel right at home. The highlight is the great roof terrace.❤️ Various shopping facilities are within walking distance and the stop right outside the door is perfect, so you can easily get to the city center. The location is so good, very near the tram station, just few minutes walk, can easily go to different tourist spots. The building is easy to find. The room is quite big and cozy. We had a good time there. The host is friendly, allowing us to our store your luggage there first.

The place is very nice. The nearest subway station is close by and you only have to go a few stops to the center. The Air Bnb is very nicely decorated and the balcony is in the countryside. Absolutely recommended

Fabulous! We loved the CLEAN, spacious apartment with good light and a wonderful bonus of washer AND dryer. The kitchen was well stocked and since we spent 2 weeks there we were able to do a lot of cooking. The apartment was a relaxing place to hang out after a long day out. The location is perfect - 2 blocks from the tram that goes directly downtown and connects to everything. The distance downtown was also easily walkable for those who enjoy an interesting and easy walk. There are a number of good choices for neighborhood groceries, bakeries, and restaurants and a bank on the corner by the metro. Birgit was a lovely and friendly host and was helpful and proactive in assisting us with many things. All of this made us love Vienna and our time there! We stay at AirBnBs often and in many countries - this one has made our top 5 in along list of excellent places! You won’t be disappointed.

like it very much, communication was fast and perfect. id give a little minus to mattress, because sleep was uncomfortable, but everything was perfect. i recommend and my rate is 9,9/10.

Great spot for our family. Place had lots of helpful amenities that other airbnbs often lack. It was clean and comfortable.

We had a great 10-day family vacation in Viviane's apartment in Vienna. The apartment had everything we needed and more, the location was very convenient (with a supermarket across the street) and the neighborhood was very quiet. All the major attractions were easily accessible by public transportation, communication with Viviane was very easy and we received very detailed instructions when needed. Highly recommended!!!

Very nice and big garden in the property, very clean and renovated house, was very convenient if you arrive by car because you can park inside the property, it’s about 30 minutes by car from Viene center and Erol communicates very fast, easy to find and to get in.

Home is in a quiet & peacefull location away from the city. Perfect if you have a vehicle to travel to a local carpark & use public transport into the city.

Murat's house was perfect for us! We were even allowed to check in a few hours earlier than the requirement! The house was very clean and tidy, nothing was missing! All in all, it was a fantastic vacation in this pretty house! Many thanks to Murat!

The house is very quiet and the garden is beautiful. The house was very clean. The location close to the Danube is perfect for walks with or without a dog. The restaurant around the corner is very good, with a garden in summer. Schara was very friendly and always available.

The stay at Nadine's was perfect! The accommodation was very clean, well equipped and in a quiet location. Nadine is a very friendly and accommodating hostess. Since our daughter fell ill at short notice and my husband could therefore only arrive with one child, she even accommodated us in terms of price - thank you very much for that! My husband and daughter had a wonderful time, and we would love to come back – hopefully the four of us next time!

Loved our stay here - Would recommend having a car for accessibility reasons but the place is beautiful clean relaxing and everything as described! Dutch tub was fantastic!

Perfect gem in Vienna! Stayed at Sandeep’s flat for a little over a week for work and it was a perfect , quiet, homey apartment. Great neighbourhood and lovely surroundings (coppa beach just around the area for some relaxation). Would definitely stay again!

Patricks place was an excellent stay! Great location and walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and the u-bahn and most of all it was nestled on a very quiet street. I will definetly book Patricks place when I return back to Vienna. Patrick was a very responsive and friendly host and always checking in to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at Delia's. Away from the touristy area but still within very easy reach with the tram right by the front door, bus over in the side street. We would certainly stay at Delia's when we next return to Vienna.

Very bright, spacious and quiet apartment with a great roof terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and even has air conditioning (which is not unimportant in summer, as the apartment gets good sun from noon ;-)). There are 2 supermarkets within a short walking distance, as well as various public transport (e.g. U4/6, bus 12 A, tram 18) within a few minutes' walk and you can get to the well-known sights super fast. A parking garage is available in about 10 minutes on foot and if you get the appropriate parking app for your stay, you can park your car for less than €8/day. There are hardly any cafes (e.g. for breakfast) or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but due to the short distances with public transport, that was not a big deal for us. I can definitely recommend the apartment for a trip to Vienna. Contact with the landlord was also quick and uncomplicated.

Edit & Dieter are great hosts, exactly as all other reviewers point out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 3 adults (husband, sister & I) for a full week. We particularly appreciated quiet privacy before & after a day of sightseeing! And we loved safe parking, dishwasher & washing machine. Great value for money! The house is truly special- old world charm! Comfortable & well equipped. Surprisingly quiet inside given busy street. Lovely balcony to watch squirrels during our breakfast. Groceries are close by as is excellent Italian restaurant. Many visitors write about using public transportation to get around, but we chose to go by car. Do expect to pay 25-30 Euros to park for the day, but relative to our home location in The Netherlands this is reasonable. It saved us a lot of time, but we understand it’s a choice, as navigating by car in & around Vienna is not simple!
