Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Alsergrund

This was the perfect place to stay for us! A good amount of space so the three of us didn’t feel on top of one another, it had an extremely well equipped kitchen, and the ability to wash our clothes was so nice! Easy to get to things around us as well as navigate there from the airport. Would stay again!

We only stayed one night in Vienna to see the orchestra and this Airbnb was probably not in an ideal location from the train station and Brahms music hall but it was so beautiful and it would fit 10 of us, so I chose this location. And I am so glad I did!!! The space was enormous!!!! The coffee machine was hugely loved, the number of water closets was appreciated and the host even sent a family member to check on us! We would highly recommend this Airbnb!!!

The accommodation is located on the roof of the building, it is very nice and spacious, it has a dining area with a sofa that revolves around the table. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has induction stoves, fresh water flowing, and everything you need to wash and dry your clothes on your own. The apartment is really in front of the station, every morning we went and went back comfortably from the center in 20 minutes. Karl is very kind

We were here for one week. Probably the best Airbnb we’ve been in. It’s big. Feels like a home - an apartment you could live in. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Bedroom has tons of storage. Great location, and about a 7 minute walk to Nestroyplatz U1 subway line. The old city center is 2km away (St-Stephan’s Cathedral). Supermarket 5 minutes away. Barbara met us at the apartment for check-in. We’d love to come back here someday.

Really nice unit in a superb location…….. I wish I’d had more time to take advantage of the location, especially for swimming and boating. Recommended.

It was a little bit confusing to access the car park despite the owner sending instructions. This is because the key box with the pass is before the car park entrance but on an underpass so we were not sure where to pull in safely. However, after that everything was perfect. The accommodation was clean and in a really great location. We particularly enjoyed having Copabeach right on the doorstep for street food and cocktails. It was also a quick walk through the park to get to the Strandbad outdoor pool which I highly recommend.

I highly recommend this place, especially for any solo female travelers! Hannah was super helpful and kind, and the flat was as charming in person as it is in the photos. It felt very safe and private, and even ran into some of the neighbors who were super nice as well. Would absolutely stay again!

If you find this place available, just take it. Lea is very responsive and kind. Her dad checked us in aand gave us lots of information. The place is very clean and well equipped. Its location is perfect with plenty of pubs, coffee, and shopping. And its next to the Wien Mitte station making it very easy to get anywhere you want within minutes. I cant day enough good things about Lea, her dad and this excellent flat. I will definitely rent it again.

We are family of 5 that happily stayed at Beni’s beautiful house. My kids love the hot tub, I love the sauna. Very comfy house. It’s walking distance to a restaurant with beautiful view especially the sunset. Highly Recommended!

perfect house , amazing clean and quiet location

This is one of the very best areas of Vienna: quiet, very safe, and well connected to public transportation. This particular property is surrounded by so much green that it almost feels rural, but there are several tram and bus lines less than a 5-minute walk away. The building is modern, and all the appliances and fixtures are high quality. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. The host family was very friendly, and Kati was very responsive whenever we had any questions.

We had a great stay. The accommodation is in a quiet neighborhood, and Vienna is easily accessible by metro. Supermarkets nearby. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort. 2 beautiful bedrooms with balcony. Extensive kitchen. Thanks Claudia.

Very nice and big garden in the property, very clean and renovated house, was very convenient if you arrive by car because you can park inside the property, it’s about 30 minutes by car from Viene center and Erol communicates very fast, easy to find and to get in.

Awesome, cozy place and a superb host. We got delayed in traffic and even at 10PM late arrival Daniela was there to welcome us in person. It is a safe and secure neighborhood, With secure private parking only 15Min drive to the City center. Ideal for family with kids and also a lot of open space and a beautiful east facing sunny terrace.

amazing location for families a playground in walking distance and a larger "Motorikpark" right around the corner with plenty of shopping immediately around. host was extremely responsive even though we decided to stay last minute, can't recommend them enough!

I stayed here about two and a half weeks. The location was quite good with easy access to the U1, the tram, and bus lines. Just about all chain grocery stores are within a short walk coupled with several ethnic stores. The neighborhood is very multicultural and lively and people are very friendly. It is a good base to explore the city while experiencing how the locals live. The apartment is on the ground level facing an inner courtyard. It gets plenty of natural light. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, and has a dishwasher and microwave, but not oven. The bed is comfortable and firm. Water pressure is good and gets quite hot. The shower is a bit tricky to keep the water from leaking even when keeping the doors fully closed. A big issue for two people would be the space between the bed and the wall in the bedroom. When going around the base of the bed, it is quite narrow, and care needs be taken to avoid banging toes and knees. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. They were very good hosts, with clear instructions. Everything was impeccable, sheets, towels, kitchen and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent pillows! It was a 20-minute walk from downtown, a safe and well-lit area. I recommend it

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was super clean and cozy. Januska, the host was so kind and helpful, always available if we had questions, and even let us check in early, which was really appreciated.

Christinie and Brane welcomed us with open hearts and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. When we requested an air conditioner, Brane installed it at the first opportunity. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. It’s located a bit outside the city center, and it takes about 30 minutes to reach downtown by public transport. Overall, it’s a great option for a short stay in Vienna if you’re comfortable staying outside the city center.

This is a spacious, clean and comfortable apartment very close to public transportation and lovely restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spot to anyone lucky enough to visit Vienna!

Beautiful apartment, very nice area with lots of restaurants and cafes. The host Daria was super nice and helpful. The apartment faces the yard so it was very quite and we could sleep with open windows.

Marion responded to all our questions very quickly before our stay. He welcomed us warmly and explained all the details about the house. The house was spotless and comfortable as it appears in the photos. Small gifts were also left. He also shared his own suggestions about the surrounding restaurants. Everything was very nice, if I come to Vienna again, I would like to stay again.
