Also in the immediate vicinity: the Danube Canal with numerous bars, restaurants and a boat station for trips to Bratislava. In the apartment there is an information folder where you can find all the important places, sights, transport and more. Vienna is a great city. Our apartment is located in the oldest and most beautiful part of town. Almost all sightseeing is within walking distance.

Modern ambience in a fantastic city center location with a view over the rooftops of Vienna. The apartment is sun-drenched, quiet, with high-quality structural design, functional design, nice atmosphere and air conditioning! The apartment is on the 7th floor. A narrow staircase leads to the roof terrace with a view of the town hall and the magnificent buildings of the 1st district. Best traffic location: Metro and tram are right around the corner, a parking garage can be found in the block next door.

Cozy and quiet Apartment in the heart of Vienna

Our Apartment is situated in the center of Vienna with walking distance to the main attractions (Rathaus, Ringstraße, Parlament..) In a 3 minutes walk you can reach the next Metro station and Tram. It is very quiet since the windows are facing a green courtyard. The apartment is perfect for 2 people clean, bright and well equipped to make you feel at home. It has a completely new kitchen with a dishwasher, electric stove with oven & a De'Longhi machine. There is free Wifi in the whole flat.

Meine Unterkunft (ca 68 m2) befindet sich im 2. Wiener Gemeindebezirk, direkt neben dem wunderschönen Augarten-Park im 5. Stock mit Lift eines Wohnkomplexes, in ruhiger Lage. Riesenrad und Prater sind nicht weit, U-Bahn U2 zu Fuss 5 Minuten. Sie werden meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen, aber verkehrsgünstigen Lage. Sie können auch in 20 Minuten in den 1. Bezirk (Stephansdom) gehen. Gerne bieten wir Ihnen auch ein zusätzliches Zimmer für 20€ extra pro Nacht an. Siehe Fotos

Let yourself be enchanted in Anna's cozy "bird's nest" in VIENNA. Classic Viennese old building,apartment with balcony. Next door is the newly renovated Votiv Church. The city center, attractions, the large hospital AKH, the Juridicum and beautiful parks are within walking distance. Ideal workplace: table with lamp, WiFi, extra bed for Powernap ;-). The quiet bedroom to the courtyard, balcony with flowers to snap fresh air! Security by the Austrian National Bank.

Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare und Geschäftsreisende. Sie hat insgesamt 80m2 und ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein gemütliches großes Schlafzimmer, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer und liegt in sehr zentraler und trotzdem ruhiger Lage. Bei Bedarf gibt es auch ein Kinderbett oder ein gemütliches Doppelsofabett PS Das Apartment ist mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet die man üblicherweise zu Hause hat und braucht. Bitte verwenden, aber bitte nicht mitnehmen!

Beautiful apartment located on the first floor. Quiet, courtyard-side bedroom with large double bed (160x200). Bright, large living room with pull-out sofa bed (140x200) and Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge with freezer, gas stove with electric oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, French press, kettle). Coffee and tea are provided. The bathroom has a bathtub, washer dryer and hairdryer.

Our modern furnished apartment is located in a centrally located newly renovated Gründerzeithaus in absolute quiet location. The excellent transport links and the proximity to the main train station not only facilitate the journey, but also make the apartment an ideal starting point for exploring the city. Whether alone, as a couple, with family or on business trips!
