House has covered porch with rockers and table for eating or just sitting. Modern public boat ramp 2 miles away and 15 minutes by water. Very private and quiet.

Poolhouse

Poolhouse with one bedroom, two beds, kitchen, eating area and bathroom. Bathroom has toilet, sink and shower. The poolhouse is located on the back of my property. This house is on a private well and Water is potable. # Twenty ($20) dollar charge for each guest over 2. #Property is rural WiFi not city strength. ** If images of mermaids & semi-nude Female artwork are offensive to you, PLEASE don't book the Poolhouse. It is walking/bicycling distance from Downtown, Fort King George, Historic square, Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge (Great for wildlife photography) Parks and Waterfront also Restaurants and Shops. You'll find everything you need inside. Open living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom and there is an available washer/dryer. Perfect cottage for you and a companion.
