Small but nice studio on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a villa from the turn of the century. 30 sqm freshly renovated with 2 single beds, which can be converted into a double bed on request, a cozy sitting/dining area, flat screen TV (DVTB), radio, CD player. New kitchenette with all necessary cooking utensils (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer combination, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster...) Completely renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. In the entrance area, there is a spacious built-in closet. The house is situated in a quiet but central location in the so-called Dichterviertel, a few minutes' walk from the spa park and the world-famous Art Nouveau Sprudelhof, as well as from most of the many clinics and spa facilities for which Bad Nauheim is known. The train station and city center are also only about 10 minutes away on foot. The extensive spa park with the large pond offers the opportunity for rest and relaxation, but also for mini golf and chess. During the season, you can skate in the adjacent ice stadium or visit one of the exciting ice hockey games of the "Red Devils Bad Nauheim". By the way, Bad Nauheim was the residence of Elvis and his family during his army service in Friedberg. For this reason, there is an Elvis festival every year in mid-August, which is now very well known and well attended in relevant circles. Try to rent a room in Bad Nauheim during this time....! In addition, the spa administration offers a variety of lectures, guided tours and events. The surrounding area invites you to hike (Taunus and Wetterau) and numerous other places worth seeing (Frankfurt /M. - City and airport, Friedberg, Bad Homburg, Wetzlar, Saalburg, etc.) can be easily reached after a short journey. Deine Unterkunft ist ein separater Teil unseres Hauses und befindet sich in einem schönen ehemaligen amerikanischen Offiziersviertel. Du hast auf 35qm ein Wohnzimmer mit einer großen bequemen(!) Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

The apartment has an ideal location in Friedberg’s inner city. 5 minute walk to reach central station: Frankfurt-Central Station by regional train (20 min) and suburban train S6 (35 min) and Gießen-Central Station (30 min). Frankfurt-Fair by suburban train S6 (25 min). 20 minutes drive by car to the motorway access A5. There are several restaurants, coffee houses, bars, supermarkets, backeries, doctors, post offices, banks (ATM). The main shopping street in walking distance (3-5 minutes).

Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

With new AC’s (air conditioning units) in each bedroom, solar powered 🌞 (climate neutral). We live on the 1st floor with our child and dog Chili. Im mittelalterlichen Städtchen Büdingen, ca. 30km nordöstlich von Frankfurt/M. bieten wir dir ein gemütliches, individuell ausgestattetes Tiny-Holzhaus, welches sich im Garten auf unserem Grundstück befindet. Auf 20m² erwartet dich ein liebevoll ausgestatteter Raum mit allem was man so braucht, sep. Bad mit Dusche und WC. Ausserdem hast du deine eigene Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Blick in den Garten. 1-2 Erw., 1 Kind plus evtl. 1 Kleinkind.

The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

The apartment is located in a quiet location in the Büdingen district of Rohrbach, between Büdingen and the Keltenwelt am Glauberg. The friendly apartment has a separate entrance, a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi access is available. Pets on request. Accommodation is possible for 3 people, including 2 adults. The Vulkanradweg and the Bonifatius route are in the immediate vicinity.

Welcome to our cozy 2-room apartment, approx. 60 square meters with private entrance. The apartment is centrally located: The city center with pedestrian zones and bus station, as well as nature are all within walking distance (each only 300 m). The transport connection to Frankfurt City and the airport is excellent. And since the apartment is in a house with thick walls, it is pleasantly tempered, even when it is really hot outside.
