A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Our cozy apartment is located on the upper floor and has a free parking space. Bicycles brought along can be parked in a separate basement room and charged if necessary. The garden with its covered pavilion invites you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings and sunbathing. Even small families will find enough space with us. By arrangement, a crib can also be provided. Pets are welcome for a small fee.
