A lovely, country-style apartment with many historical elements in a refurbished farmhouse. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

The rural location invites you to relax and unwind, but due to the proximity to Kempten, nearby sports and recreation areas (Alps, Lake Constance, etc.), spas and many other leisure activities, there is no boredom. We have a family atmosphere & we are always available for questions and suggestions! Unsuitable for parties, bachelor parties, etc.!

The spacious, brand new apartment with wonderful views from the Zugspitze to Switzerland is lovingly furnished in the Allgäu style. It is located on the 2nd floor with large balcony in a 3-family house. The beautiful garden can be a unique experience for cozy barbecue evenings with wonderful sunset moments. Feel at home surrounded by cows and beautiful nature with fantastic mountain views.

Favorite place with sauna area for cold days

You will stay in the attic of our newly built farmhouse. The whole house is a vacation farm with 3 residential units. The apartment is modernly furnished with individual accents from the past. A small balcony with magnificent views of the Allgäu Alps completes our “favorite place.” There is a sauna in the house. It can be used and invites you to relax on cold autumn and winter days.

The cozy 1-room apartment is about 25 square meters, has a living-bedroom and a bathroom with shower/toilet. It was newly renovated in 2022. There is no separate kitchen, so there is no cooking facility, but refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery and kettle. The apartment exudes a "feel-good character" with beautiful furniture and harmonious light.
