Home sweet home ist unser Motto! Verbringen Sie Ihre Urlaubstage in unserem Ferienhaus, das in einer idyllischen Gegend mitten im Ort Schrattenbach liegt. Durch die getrennt liegenden Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist das Haus auch ideal für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

Experience pure nature on beautiful walks, enjoy the sun on the roof loggia overlooking the foothills of the Alps. And yet in the middle of the Allgäu with all its possibilities. Hiking, mountain climbing, water sports, a trip to the royal castles or Lake Constance. All destinations can be reached within an hour.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

Light-flooded apartment in Kempten

Kempten is the metropolis in beautiful Allgäu. The light-flooded apartment is located in the northern city center. It is a 5-minute walk to St. Lorenz is a 5-minute walk. There is also the beautiful weekly market twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Here is also the residence of the former monastery and today's court with its beautiful gardens. From here, the Kempten city center also begins with its pedestrian zone and the shopping metropolis of the Allgäu.

IN DER STADT WOHNEN UND LEBEN WIE AUF DEM LAND. Die renovierte Ferienwohnung (61 Quadratmeter), befindet sich im Souterrain und ist über eine eigene, überdachte Treppe erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell, freundlich und befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend in der Stadt Kempten. Aus jedem Fenster blickt man in einen großen und schön eingewachsenen Garten. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine eigene Terrasse mit Gartenmöbel und Markise.
