Monthly Rentals in Alverstone

This is a great place for all the many walks in the area, especially a beautiful one around a nature reserve.. A short drive to Shanklin and the seafront. It was a great base from which to explore the island, especially the east coast. Really peaceful.

We have had another fantastic short holiday at the flat in Sandown. Cannot recommend highly enough. Absolutely perfect in every aspect. We love it and hope to stay again.

The converted stable has been finished to a very high standard and is absolutely beautiful. Fabulous bathroom with a lovely roll top bath as well as an excellent shower. Kitchen finished to a very high spec with all needed utensils in place. Bed was extremely comfortable with great quality pillows & duvet. The hot tub was the icing on the cake, which we enjoyed every day. We were lucky enough to see two red squirrels when out walking early in the morning as well as a barn owl 🥰

This was our second time staying and despite coming a few years back, it’s still just as lovely. Really well equipped, private, clean and cozy. The location is great too- easy walk to the pub and can also go on a slightly longer walk to Goddards Brewery which was nice. Easy and short drive to lots of popular attractions. If I had to suggest one tiny improvement, it would be to ask if milk is wanted/needed (it was in the fridge when we arrived but we are oat milk drinkers so it was a shame the milk may have gone to waste). Lisa gave clear instructions meaning finding the Nook and check in/out was easy. Highly recommend!
