Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Das kleine Tiny :-) Studio ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit kleiner Küchenzeile (Mikrowelle, Doppelkochplatte), Doppelbett 1,60 x 2,00 m, Bad mit Dusche und WC und einer kleinen Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit. Direkt an der Natur, ideal für Wanderungen, Radtouren und Städtetouren nach Frankfurt und Würzburg. Die Unterkunft liegt nah an Aschaffenburg im Rhein Main Gebiet und am Rande des Spessarts und Kahlgrunds.

Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. In the middle of the beautiful Gründautal awaits you our small 2 bedroom apartment for 1-2 people. Gründau is conveniently located to the A66 motorway between Fulda and Frankfurt ( 30 min) and associated with visiting surrounding attractions. For example Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with their beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train runs to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hikers will find numerous hiking trails.

Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.
