You can’t argue with all the other great reviews. Little Waves is located in a peaceful cul de sac and only a few minutes walk to the centre of Seahouses. Having its own parking spot is a real bonus. Karen’s place is brilliantly appointed with everything you would need for a fantastic stay, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Check in was easy and Karen was a super host, responding quickly to any questions we had. All in all, highly recommended.

The Snug met our needs exactly, and Alison had thoughtfully left many extras in the kitchen to make our stay comfortable. We were sad to leave! Perfect location for exploring one of the most scenic stretches of Hadrian's Wall, very convenient for some of the best sites. We are already planning to book again next year.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The place is beautifully decorated with so much character—stylish, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The setting was perfect too—peaceful, charming, and a great base for exploring the area. What really made the experience stand out were the hosts. Super friendly and welcoming, with incredible local knowledge that totally upgraded my trip. From hidden gems to the best spots to eat and explore, their tips made all the difference. The house was in a fantastic location. House was tidy and clean. Parking was easy. Kids loved the upper seating area.

A beautiful apartment, clean, spacious, light and airy (loved the bright, sunny sitting room). The bathroom is a dream as is the kitchen. Beds were comfy and nice linen too. The house is beautiful - go across to the church and see the exhibition on World War 1 and 2. Restaurants are literally at the end of the drive and both were superb. A tip for your car - cover the roof as the rooks enjoy making a mess. Thankyou Claire we would love to come back another time🌸

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at John’s flat in Alnwick. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and well-equipped. John’s instructions on use of the house were extremely clear and thorough. Parking was very convenient and free. It was a very short walk to downtown Alnwick. I will add that out of the dozens of AirBnBs and other short term rental properties we have stayed at, this one ranks very close to the top. We will definitely seek it out during future visits to the Northumberland area.

Fabulous attic flat with great views and right in the middle of town. So much space and airy feel with all the windows. Loved the open plan kitchen. Parking was fine and the hosts instructions were spot on. Fantastic art gallery round the corner. The castle and Gardens were everything we hoped for.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a long weekend celebrating with family who live locally. The apartment was perfect, great location, clean, and just want we needed. The hot tub was a complete win with our children. The courtyard is private and a real sun trap. We will be back.

Communication has been excellent since the day I booked to the day you met us when we arrived. Seeing my parents smiles when we walked in told me I had made the right choice, you were so welcoming and the views from the living room are amazing, everything was fantastic and your advice on where to go for the football was perfect 👌🏻 Communication has been excellent and it was so good to meet you on our arrival, hopefully we will return in the near future as there are still many places to return to for more reminiscing.
