Monthly Rentals in Ambleside

We got married in the Scottish Highlands and have continued our holiday through the UK and stopped in the Lakes. Kim’s house was absolutely amazing! Something out of a movie and we would definitely love to stay again! I just say, the best part was our little cat visitor from across the lane! 🥰 the house was as kept in pristine condition, within walking distance to everything we needed, plus driving distance to amazing sights. So happy with this stay!

great house tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Ambleside but only a short 5 minute walk down the hill to get to all the shops etc. place was as described and has it's own driveway which is handy. some welcome treats left for us which was very thoughtful. Joe was really good at communicating with us prior to arrival and during. lovely little place and would recommend :)

Overbeck Cottage is the perfect combination of “close to everything you might want to see or do” and a peaceful experience which makes you believe you’re living in a nature preserve. The apartment is better than it looks in the photos—it has everything you might need and more. The staff are responsive and proactive. There was a hitch with the WiFi, but other than that, our stay was incredible. We highly recommend Overbeck Cottage.

Jem’s Conga’ was the perfect spot to explore Ambleside and the nearby towns of Bowness, Grasmere and Keswick. Jem was a brilliant host who shared ideas of walks and things to keep us occupied in the rain. A comfortable, homely, cosy cottage in a stunning and peaceful setting.
